Please note this is NOT in any way connected to that car-boot place in the New Forest last year.

I've had friends go here and they loved it. I will be forwarding this onto them (although they probably already have it). Thanks OP

When did i stop being able to fit Hoola-Hoops over my fingers?:think:
  • Thank you for telling us about this. Unfortunately, I am much too nervous to spend all that money on tickets, in light of the awful scenario that took place last year. I appreciate this is different, but all the same, I'll wait till the reviews start to filter through. I'm a coward at heart

Thanks for posting, its looks great but I cannot justify the expense, if it gets good reviews might save to go next year
  • I went last year on December the 13th and I have to say it's the best family day out we've EVER had. Very magical for everyone and imo worth every single penny. We travelled down from North Yorkshire and so had to stay 2 nights in a hotel too but I'd still go back again, in fact i'm going to book again next year when my daughter can appreciate it more as she was only 15 months old, but my son was 5.

If you do decide to book you won't regret it, there are plenty of fantastic reviews for it on the net if you Google them

lol Lapland UK - did anyone ever see their money back from that complete shower of **** that other company did last winter? Or is it still with the courts?

Good luck to them - I can't see many people wanting to touch them with a bargepole.

Anyone who wants to save some money this year, be aware that many shopping centres have free Santas grottos etc. (eg. Bluewater has a free Santas grotto and winter garden with themepark etc) and you can get a quality day out (with reindeers etc.) at many garden centres for free. Check out your local press before parting with your money for places like this.

I never said it was - but the absolute fiasco from last year highlights the risks that you take with companies like this and spending so much money for a one off event. My argument is that you can do just as well for completely free.

Millions of people are out of work atm and money is an issue for many. This is a moneysaving site. And I'm a moneysaver - I live near Bewl Water and I still wouldn't go there. Do your homework and you could save yourself a fortune.

I wouldn't spend £70 on a day out to see some reindeer and Santa etc when you can go to Hamleys' Grotto for free or Bluewater's grotto for nothing.
