I ordered it about 9.30 this morning & to make thisgs better I just received the following email from Mr Navman
"Dear Mr. *******,

Re: Your Navman Order, Order Number NMS-*********

Order Details

Thank you for placing your order with Navman.
This email confirms that your order has been accepted and will be dispatched shortly from our warehouse."

Ive received 2 emails from them so both of the orders i've placed are looking good

So for a change it looks like i've been lucky

I got an email today, they were confused about why I put my billing address wrong

It should be sent tomorrow and I will recieve on wednesday in tome for my trip to europe on thurs!

Does anyone know if this alerts you to speed cameras - cause my friend got pulled last night and got another 3 points to add to his 6 already. He is lokking for a speed camera alert thingy and would like sat nav as a bonus. he is very paranoid now!!!

Even though I opted to pay in Euros, it came through as Pounds!!! Did'nt change my billing address though, so thats maybe why. Anyway called them and asked why I could not have it for the 279 Euros as advertised and was told that price is for countries who use euros!! Pointed out that we were in Europe so should apply to us also, but she was not having it. She then tried to manually put the order through so I could pay in Euros but that failed. Told her to forget it and would leave it as it was, but a communication breakdown between us meant that upon checking later she had cancelled my order!! I phoned back and spoke to a couple of people and eventually ended up at a manager. I told him that I had a screenshot of the 279 euro price and he asked me to email it to him and he would see what he could do!! I asked if someone had messed up but he was keeping stum!!! Not the best telephone manner either for a customer services manager!!!! Will let you know how I get on later but do not hold out much hope!!
