I've put in my timesheet for the extra work I've completed over the last couple of weeks, which will be paid the first week of January, :j Hoping it's going to make a good dent in the right direction. Going to have a month of eating as cheaply as possible & not buy anything that is not needed to get in the right mind set of money saving. Hoping this increase my savings along with the extra work.

I'd like to join too please! aiming to save 10k though. Trying to buy a house this year so extra savings would be really useful! Goodness knows how I'll manage it though - not looking forward to living like a pauper though!

I'm in Suffolk and its uber snowy!! Absolutely covered everywhere....funny that the country just grounds to a halt though! We an't cope with too much rain, too much heat or too much snow!!

I'm looking forward to getting started now! Got 8 of my helen e parties in for Jan - the average money i would make is £50 so if they all come off that'd be a fab start!! Only got a couple of extra presents to buy - thank god as I'm still over my OD limit and no spare. I love this time of year...

We have loads of snow too, schools closed, no school transport, roads icy - luckily it's my day off today anyway. So I have closed the curtains so I can't see the snow and I have gone back to bed - as the house is so cold !!! :snow_laug

Morning Everyone, its Snowing i love it when i can stay inside and just look at it, it looks so pretty, mind you i hate driving in it, makes my eyes go all funny. Pay day on monday am so looking forward to that can pay some more off my overdraft and put some towards my balloon payment for my car of £4592 in october then i will be free of that:j.

Hi again you! How funny I work in Ipswich!!! Been trying to get there today from Colchester but no luck - boss has told us all not to bother as its taking hours!!

so.......its a snow day!!! lol.......


......thats if i didnt have my works laptop at home!! doh!!
