Brilliant!!! I think the Consumer Action Group forum is going to be very busy now!!! It can be done I have successfully claimed back £460 from Lloyds and am starting action against Intelligent Finance for another £367!!My mantra is "Never pay full price!"0

I haven't watched the programme or had to claim back against banks....however from what I have seen over the last few months and now this programme, I think Martin is going to bring the banks to their knees!!Bank Balance: In the black for the moment.
