    Why do you want to assist them and help this company when you hated them so much?

    If your case is so strong, why not just sue them and then tell us your success stories on here rather than offering this company help & guidance?

    you know ones where a customer has bought a phone from you and you try and scam them for more money, oh and then dont reply to any of there letters/emails
    and then you tell barefaced lies

    I don't disagree with your second paragraph - it's your view and you have the right to say so.

    But, in fairness, Ben has a post count of 468 or so - hardly a shrinking violet and his arguments with the 3 musketeers fill the forum pages! And even they will admit that he does offer to help - it's his delivery that they mainly moan about ! ;);););)

    For two reasons; a while back the rep used a typical tactic of first inviting me to then criticising when I declined. Whatever I do or say the usual flock will always jump on me so either way it makes no difference to THEM. The second reason is that I would much prefer this company to be a decent place to order from; it plainly is the opposite and grows worse by the day. However, there is no helping the company since it is determined to become known as the worse mobile dealer on the net - tough act to follow E2Save et al, but it's now succeeding.

    Again, you only have a very very limited view of our company, through a site that is all about "consumer revenge". So of course you're going to see a lot of complaints, but I have noticed more and more forum members popping up and saying "my experience was fine". Our discussions went nowhere because frankly I lost interest in helping you when after the 14th time of asking you still refused to share any details of the "2 denied valid claims" that you kept bringing up at every opportunity.

    We sell more phones than any other online retailer, large or small. Over twice as many as your preferred retailer, for a start. A very small percentage of a very big number is still quite a few unhappy customers and we go out of our way to help them. I know you think I'm here for "PR and spin" but this is such a crazy position to hold given the discussions we have that I doubt even you believe it any more.

    Thanks for your opinions, but they are very definitely starting to cross the line. Either help me to help you by passing on details of why you are upset with our company or please stop harassing both myself and those customers who come here to raise a concern. You seem unable to differentiate between your own opinions and fact and end up putting the former across as the latter.

    I never once wanted or asked for your "help". It is quite clear that more and more UNhappy customers are actually appearing on this site. My "limited view" is as a customer dating back over more than 12 months and "the website" isn't the worste aspect of my experiences with you; - of course, customers don't count with you as you have proven yet again with your "offer" to many people on these threads.

    As usual you amaze me. Your REALLY think I have ANY doubts about your being on here purely for spin after SO much rubbish from you proving just that? It means you're either very stupid or very dishonest and my money's on the worse if those two possibilities, since no-one could really be THAT stupid.

    As usual you try to shut up those who criticise you. I have "passed on" many "details" of "why I am upset with " your company (as you put it) but you're not really interested in any of those things. I do not "harrass" customers who come here to raise a concern - but I will always warn others who might be taken in by your superficial attempts to "help" those who do. I have given you facts but you simply ignore them. Your "facts" are often totally untrue - my opinions of your company are purely based on my direct experience as a customer AND your answers on here.

    I am content that impartial potential customers will treat your company with the extreme caution it warrants (regardless of how many phones YOU say you sell - sounds like all those "thousands" of "happy" customers!).

    That's not a boast, it's an explanation. MJ seems to think we sell a dozen contracts a week and 6 of these customer get upset when the truth is that we sell thousands a week and of course there's going to be a few problems - which we fix wherever possible and learn from.

    As for AVForums, did you read the thread? Contained zero advertising, just me replying to forum members asking me questions. You certainly didn't see the email I got at the same time listing advertising rates. You and Silk certainly expend a lot of effort trying to damage my/our name by following me around online but I can assure you there's no possible way you know me or my intentions.

    Please explain how I've had dozens of conversations with you and yet I'm not interested in helping you? Do you think I enjoyed them?

    Someone who was here for PR and spin would have ignored you from day one - I've tried to have discussions with you, asked for your input on our cashback T&Cs, all sorts.

    It's very frustrating and as you will remember I promised to stop trying, which is what will now happen.

    Amazing again! YOU always "know" what I think, intend, know about, want etc!!! When you stop putting words into my mouth and actually address issues I have raised it will be an incredible day - but I won't hold my breath. The way you keep saying that you haven't been able to "help" because I won't give you details would be both astounding and very illuminating if it weren't so typical of what you come out with. When I finally made a serious attempt to help you improve you immediately reacted with the usual disdain and weren't in the least interested in making ANY improvements. With all the statements about how wonderful and fair you are and all the "help" you have given to so many on here we should be extremely grateful for your "interest", which (of course) isn't to attempt to cover over the huge cracks in your company which result on so many actual customers with problems resorting to appearing on this site!
