Just rang up and have had my monthly fee reduced to £17.99 from £27.99 whilst staying on the same broadband max package. They are also sending me a livebox and seemed to be saying that I would have free uk calls anytime (didn't understand that bit).
Didn't push for a free month as was happy with the £120 a year saving.Blitzkreig Bob says Hi to those checking his validity!0 -

Yeh, they offered me the max version for £17.99 per month and am starting to rethink about rejecting it. Think you get free calls to any Orange mobile and also your UK landlines which seems very very good (although not sure whats is and is not included)0 -
Is anyone having problems with connections with wanadoo at the moment, mine keeps going off-line. I am already with orange for phone and wanadoo broadband so was thinking of going for the free broadband option. Anyone know what phones they are offering as free if you sign up to their £30 a month orange contract?0

Often get times when it tends to take an age to log on, but normally restarting my computer seems to resolve it - hence not sure if its actually wanadoo or my knackered computer....0 -
Mine seems to be getting worse, it is now every time I use it. The lights are flashing on and off on the live box. I wonder if it is faulty, anyone know what number to phone for wanadoo/orange support for this problem?0

Found this on the help pages of the Orange web site:
Broadband Support Lines: All support queries for users of broadband (excluding Broadband Starter), Livebox, Plus, Max and Wireless & Talk: 0870 010 2462
I looked this up on https://www.saynoto0870.co.uk and came up with this number instead: 01642 732784 (Customer Support - Wireless & Talk Customer Services, Middlesbrough).
Or you could try the Orange web site help pages (which are not very well organised I must say!): http://help.orange.co.uk/results.do0 -
I signed up with Wanadoo but I'm already in a mobile phone contract with 3, so I was trying to find the best option of getting a mobile contract with Orange and still save money.
Has anyone tried the free line rental offers advertised on the internet from the likes of https://www.onestopmobileshop.co.uk?0 -

I'm not very good when it comes to getting deals,Been with wanadoo for years,(£27.99 package)even when it was freeserve.
So what exactly did you do/say paul.carter to get them to offer you the £27.99 deal for £17.99.

No it's not, it's 18 month contract on a £30 or higher tariff.
I just signed up yesterday and am moving from Demon Internet. I ordered the Nokia N80 at £49.99 on a £30 tariff - 300min+150mins + 100 txts (extra 200 mins and 1000 txts if you sign up this month).0
