I would like be grateful if someone could tell me why my last post, on helping dissatisfied customers of Yodel/HDNL contact them to voice thier concerns, seems to have disappeared.

It would appear that this site is not the only one effected as a couple of other sites I posted the same info on has gone the same way. I believe I know the reason why I just want an explanation.

I won't bother re posting the info {yet} but I will first chance I get.

Yodel have in my opinion allegedly thrown their toys out of the pram about allegedly negative posts on social media eg Twitter and forums. In my opinion / allegedly rather than address any alleged bad customer service they served legal letters (Allegedly probably not delivered by Yodel) from their solicitors.

If your post could have been deemed to have upset Yodel, MSE may have removed it to avoid potential legal problems

Would anyone help me please? ... I have been waiting for a playhouse which was dispatched by Amazon on 2nd AUGUST & it is now the 11th ie 9 whole days later and NOTHING yet , seems it is STUCK AT A HUB CALLED blackpole 2m hub which IS NOWHERE NEAR LONDON where I live yet it has gone out TWICE ''for delivery'' from Blackpole but I don't see HOW I will get it as like I said I live in London and MITCHAM is my usual place they come from?

I'm confused and worried but should I be?? ;
