I think your sister is just being 'weird' at the moment... maybe she just needs a good shake! She'll be a nice normal human again soon I hope!
Chicken- if I can stop myself from just scoffing the lot straight from the oven I'll have it with rice and vegetables or those nice crispy potato slice things that you can get from M&S, or if I'm getting a meal deal a pack of Cesear style veg...mmmm. Never thought to stir fry it, might try that one day!Overcome the notion that you must be ordinary. It robs you of the chance to be extraordinary!Goal Weight 140lb Starting Weight: 160lb Current Weight 145lb0 -
Yeah, she's just a weirdo at the mo.
I've never cooked it as it is in the oven - I might split the pack in half and do half oven, half stirfry. Sounds good! I'm hungry now! I have a veg samosa for lunch which isn't very healthy..Total Debt (Dec 2015) £11,500 : Currently £7,675Lose 21lb : 0/21

How's it going Zig? Have you moved in with your Nan now? Hope things are starting to feel a bit easier - we all have times when it seems like it's one thing after another to deal with!
This week has felt SO long already, but seeing as it's hump day we are officially allowed to talk about the weekend now - anything exciting planned?LBM Sep 2008 debt: £27,927.04start weight: 140.2, week 2: 1380 -
Hi Poddle
What's hump day?!
I feel good today, uni went well, and I liked my outfit lol and OH is good and we're going to Yo Sushi tonight with a 40% off voucher so I'm looking forward to that. Things are ok when they go ok, does that make sense?! As soon as something goes wrong I get all down again. But it's getting easier to cope with the little things! Thanks for askingHow are you?
I'm moving into my Nan's this weekend so that's my fun plans for the weekend! Are you doing anything nice?

Lol, hump day is Wednesday - I think because once you get over it you're heading towards the weekend, but I only heard it last year and my friends made out like everyone knew about it except me
Glad you had a good day yesterday, I totally know what you mean about things being good when they're good! The thing about depression is that when things are okay, you feel that you don't really have anything to worry about so it makes you feel worse when you're down as you feel that everyone else can cope, but why can't you - does that make any sense at all?
Anyway, point is you're taking it day by day and there are lots of good things in your life (like super cute baby Quinn!).
I'm going to get my eyebrows threaded at the weekend - not massively exciting I know, but it's my first time so I'm excitedLBM Sep 2008 debt: £27,927.04start weight: 140.2, week 2: 1380
