Hi Lee, Thanks for your comments. Sadly I have an underlying medical condition that makes it extermely hard to lose weight. I managed a 2stone loss callorie counting and exercising and maintained my weight for 6months however to lose the remaining 8ish stone I needed something that I could sustain. Therefore in May I decided on this plan, this is not an 'easy' plan by far but its something that works for me. It is finacially hard but if I dont complete it now I never will. I have approx 4 months left on the plan before I can go into the maintenance phase. I think its made harder because of the wage I earn however if I was introduced to this diet tomorrow I would still do it :o Thanks anyways :D

Hmm  perhaps 'easy' was a poor word to use. Dieting is never easy... I meant it takes the thinking out of it. I figured there would be a reason behind your choice. Good luck with it, you've done stunningly well so far! Starting is the hardest bit... after that, it's just a waiting game.

Bit like getting out of debt really :rotfl:

  • _wave__by_Pulsera.gif hi all, nice to see you...

Lee, ahh I understand. Yes this diet does take the thinking away and although I know I could do it alone I am finding this much better to cope with. I havent long to go now and I do agree its so like getting out of debt yet it seems much more harder :rotfl:

Great 'new diary', PaP - love the title :T :T

We could make a song out of that?

Beanie ~ welcome to our new corner, hope you have fun plodding along ;)
Rog ~ smile_rvmp_by_bad_blood.gif I guess we could try and make a song from it but I dont think it will be all that good :rotfl: Glad to see you around.

Little update from me. Yesterday and today I have PaD'ed £2 a day so thats reduced my debt, otherwise nsd's. I managed to renew Mum's insurance through quidco last night so £75 has tracked so once its cleared and payed that will go straight off the debt. Still waiting for payday here
  • Good luck with the new diary PAP. I think you have done very well on your part time wage and the good thing is that you know and have the skills to sort it all out.
I do like your clear cut way of looking at things and i have every faith in you..after all you may be plodding but you are succeeding.:)

Happy new diary Pap (I'm late as usual!).

Look at the amount of debt you have, and the amount of weight you have lost. If someone had said to you 6 months ago 'You can lose 5st, but in return you will have to have a debt of £500', I reckon you would have snapped their hand off. I know I would happily go into debt by £500 to weigh even a couple of stones less! :o

Bearing in mind the impact the weight loss must have had on your long term health, I think that would class as 'good debt' in anyones book.

But knowing you, you wont be in debt for long. I'm always so impressed by your motivation and I've every faith in you clearing this as quickly as possible. :)
