Just checked the mail and what do you know, a blue bag which I haven't opened that feels very like two memory keys!

"Signature required" - it came through the letterbox!

Anyway, I'm off to email index firstly and see if I get a response. If not then it's watchdog like others.

I still can't get away with how Index have sent out no doubt hundreds of memory keys which almost every one will create a call of complaint.

Even more unfair - I haven't received either my printer or my usb cable printing thingy. >:(
This means I can't join the fun for another 24 hours, and will have to spend this evening complaining to someone else - probably have another try at getting emails through to WHSmith re my Futurama DVDs, or chasing Woolies for my Gamecube!
I'll be interested to see how everyone else gets on - with any luck Index will cave in and send out printers, saving me the effort?!
