juana, you're very right. So what if I can't get some debt paid off early? It's only really the 1st full month Post LBM, and just cutting the spending is an achievement. I should be proud of myself, I've managed to find nearly a grand to pay debts in the last month (gods knows where from) and at the moment just managing the minimums is a big enough job.
Thanks for the boost, it's a real help. As for my approach to the breakdown of my marriage, then all I can say is that he can't have been much of a husband if I haven't spend too long grieving. It's his loss; he sucks, I rock. So do his skulls actually - as attractive as they are (hmm) they're bringing in the cash. Currently listing all the goth dresses he bought me - with my own money, natch. Why oh why did I allow this man free rein with my cash? No, don't answer that. This year I'm getting organised once and for all, and going to buy a house with my wonderful other half. And that' s final!

Hey Obi - hows it going girl?? I see youve been a bit down by having to use your personal money to cover business bills - its a real bummer when that happens - thats happened to me this month too and has really set me back personal money wise - i think that was the straw that broke the camels back for me to contact CCCS - im going to HAVE to take a set amount out of the business each week aswell as pay hubbys wages - its a challenge but a DMP wont work unless I do this and make it work - my CCCS interview is on the 6th and ive been preparing ever since ..............im feeling mixed emotions - nervous, anxious, worried etc........but i guess thats to be expected - keep your pecker up girl - tomorrows another day .............love dotty xxFocusing on clearing the credit cards in 2018 :T0

Oooh, I'm an evil bint, I really am. You know what? Feels absolutely brilliant. Think of all the joy I'm bringing to all those little goths in Ebay Land. Think of all the money I'm earning. Think of the look of absolute rage on Moron's face. Yup, that's the one. Better than a roll in the hay. Better than winning the lottery. Better than cheese. This year I'm getting organised once and for all, and going to buy a house with my wonderful other half. And that' s final!

Hehe!! Are you sure its better than cheese?!! You're bringing back all sorts of memories of my divorce!! I told him the ONLY thing I wanted was his stereo & then sold it for £50!! mwarrrrrrrr!! Oh it felt soooo good & I'm chucckling as I type - I was nice though & no alimony & didnt burn all his CD's or put an ad in the paper about his liasons which I thought was v. generous of me! Looking back its the best thing he ever did & I now thank him for it but it was truely devastating at the time so big hugaroos for those 3am moments - if you get them! As for the skulls eeeekkkk...gross!! No wonder the house feels better when they go...best shot of him & them! Re paying debt much better to pay your bills & be up to date & focus on debts when you've done that but stressful either way! Hope you're having a good day! Big hugs & one for the new man as loosing pets is awful....labs so yummy too...much more hugable than cats!Nerd no 109 Long haulers supporters DFW #1! Hi Obi
I don't want to rain on your parade, but have you thought that you might not be entitled to sell his things from a legal point of view? It might be something worth checking as you don't want him to be saying later, you owe me for the stuff of mine you sold/
best of luckI want a job that is less than an hour driving away from my house! Are you listening universe?

Um, considering he slunk off with a prostitute, crashed the car I BOUGHT, on insurance I PAID FOR and left it in a ditch to be crushed, took money supposedly for car tax and spent on gods knows what, never shown any interest in coming back for this stuff, not to mention hasnn't paid a penny towards his daughter and left me in over £35k worth of debt, then I think he'd be hard pushed to reason it out in front of a judge.
Thanks for the advice though. This year I'm getting organised once and for all, and going to buy a house with my wonderful other half. And that' s final!
