Well me, welcome to the forum, and I'm glad I'm cheering you up. Whereabouts in Lincolnshire are you? I'm Scunny, didn't think it was a real place until I moved here.....It's going to be a tough road ahead, but we'll all get there eventually.
Course, we'll spend a lot of time pulling SS out the service station game areas, listening to the chorus of 'Are we nearly there yet?' from Molanole, jessiecamb and dottyanne - not to mention dealing with Mrs Sparkle's roadsickness and McBirnie needing the loo 2 minutes after we set off............
Still, it's going to be fun, and as it's my blog I get to choose the music. All together now - 'We all going on a cheap summer holiday, no more debts for a liftime or two.....'This year I'm getting organised once and for all, and going to buy a house with my wonderful other half. And that' s final!

yay! Come on Debt Assassins, climb aboard the DebtMobile - Heated seats, expensive car mats and those handy cup holders you only get on cars worth more than the National Income.
Well, got a bit of a shock just, the shop I was looking at in Grimsby would suit perfectly - except it's £77k a year!!!!!
Wonder why these companies let these places sit empty for years rather than accept a lower rent? I'm not rushing into anything though, must find the perfect shop. There's a nice little one that's in a great place, but it's just soo small for what I want to do. May considder that though, it's big enough for what I want without some of the 'add ons' like dress making patterns and craft stuff. What do y'all think? This year I'm getting organised once and for all, and going to buy a house with my wonderful other half. And that' s final!

Whatamess - I know, shall have to crawl now and tell The Ultimate MSE Nerd I was a naughty Obi and I should be put in the dungeon with the Stupid% store cards, and carol vorderman.
Please, no carol.....put the broccoli juice down, and step *away* from the mung beans......and no I don't want a consolidation loan at a daft percentage secured on my home, thanks. This year I'm getting organised once and for all, and going to buy a house with my wonderful other half. And that' s final!

Suppose it depends on what stuff has the biggest turnover.
But if you can do it go for it.:D
Is Grimsby far from where you are?
Would you be able to sell your current one with the redevelopment threat hanging over it.
Is the room for one more on the Debtmobile?
Better help ali clean up before ss comes round.:rotfl: :rotfl:
