Another thing i see the deal runs to the end of march '10, are the vouchers valid for 6 months like most deals as we would like to use them in October which is beyond the 6 month period.0

I've already switched clubcard vouchers for airmiles before so miss out on this new offer :-(
However, I have just got free return flights to Prague for hubby and I in Decmeber with the airmiles from the vouchers. Then I booked a hotel with expedia and knocked £100 off with my nectar vouchers.
So....3 nights 4* Prague In December for £75, can't be bad.
I know we can all be obsessed with getting the best deal form the vouchers but at then end of the day whatever you use them for is free. For me a treat rather than mundane groceries is by far the best bet!!!
Did you have a lot of extra charges?

*Twice the Airmiles offer is available for customers who have not previously exchanged Clubcard vouchers for Airmiles and is valid on one transaction only for vouchers exchanged between 02/11/09 and 21/03/10.
So we only have to exchange before that date.0 -
I have some questions for those in the know....
Live at the same address as my Mum. She has a 2nd surname and gives me her clubcard vouchers and i convert them through my account for ba airmiles/hotel vouhcers. No problems, they see the address's match i guess and thats fine. But what about airmiles? As you only have one chance to convert, if im putting through my mum vouchers with mine, and they notice two different surnames -would any issues arise?
Also, what is the situation with moving your airmiles account to your current address? Easy enough? What if you have teo airmiles account at two addresse's -are these easy enough to merge??0 -

or to put it another way
convert £145.83 of clucard vouchers into miles
each 2.50 of vouchers gives you 120 miles
so
145.83/2.5x120=7000 miles that you need each person for a zone 5 flight plus regional airport
It might be better to get them to price match a fly drive
HTH
Surely this is only one way though...What about the return flights........or have i read the Airmiles site incorrectly...Couponing....."every little hurts"

But all the people can't be all right all the time. .........I think Abraham Lincoln said that.

I'm a bit disappointed with the vouchers to airmiles value...
Return flight from Belfast to Orlando, 10 Mar - 24 Mar:
14,000 miles per person return (I make this £583 of cc vouchers for those who already have converted vouchers to airmiles before - is this correct?)
or
8,800 miles + £390 ppr
or
Just £373 ppr & 0 miles
As far as i can see it costs me more to use airmiles.....
Am I missing something?

A return flight is only 7000 airmiles ( £291 of tesco cc vouchers at normal exchange rate) - or 4400 ( £183 of cc vouchers) + £195.0

Hello
I've converted airmiles before but...
If I were to get my wife a new clubcard and airmiles account, could I use my vouchers on her account to get double using my vouchers I already have?
My other idea is...
If you don't use all a voucher (e.g. spend £2.50 of a £10 voucher)it gets returned to your points balance for the next statement, so could I spend all my vouchers on my wifes new account allowing as much as possible to be refunded and then have lots of points in Februarys statement to convert in to double airmiles?
Thought i'd try0 -
I phoned Tesco 0800 591 688 yesterday to get my husbands club card vouchers merged to my account & they did it straight away.
The only thing they did want is for us both to be there to confirm it was okay with him.
They did say it would not show until Feb statement.0 -

Sorry not looked back at this post for a while.
I think airmiles used to charge for tax fuel etc but that is now all included in the miles prices.
Only extra charge I paid *which was optional) was £20 insurance. Most travel insurance won't replace airmiles in the event of cancellation and I thought it was worth it.0
