well! DD has new school shoes and thanks to my friendy they were chaeper because she gave me staff discount:grin:
since her others had gone into HOLES it was desperate...
I could not persuade her to have ankle boots though. Have brought in washing so am just about to iron it...
Don't put it DOWN; put it AWAY

well I have been to town, the library (£2.35 fine eek) and the post office (grumpy man behind the counter barked at me but I refused to be annoyed), had a nice walk there and back, M&S was HEAVING so I got my new slippers and came home PDQ

have loaded TD and cleaned up kitchen AGAIN! Now need an afternoon nap (which seems mad as I only got up at 10.30) so I may go for a lie down :)
Go hopefully into each new day, enjoy something from every day no matter how small, you never know when it will be your last

Afternoon! I may have sneaked off to Brighton last night to see Seth Lakeman  :D Got back a couple of hours ago!

serena - huge hugs for you and DD

pigpen - sounds like a good idea; and congrats to Moomin :T

rosepink - I can't believe the price of those boots

greenbee - sorry I missed you before you left; have a good trip

valli - Russell Brand

lil_me - I'd ask the cub leader to order replacements and offer to pay for them. I've had Rainbows lose badges and am happy to do this for them. I'd be surprised if you can buy them yourself

sexymouse - huge hugs; you NEED to phone your Union again whether at lunchtime or after school - you cannot go on like this and the school cannot go on treating people like this

carol - huge hugs and prayers for you and your family xx

Diva - more hugs and prayers for you and Tristan xx
