All done now - what shall I do this afternoon? mooch about? Think I'll prep one lot of pickled onions as I've run out of litre size jars for now and the other ones have flavoured oils in until next weekend.

Might have a go at the Christmas cards later on after lunch

HS116163.gifSexy that sounds really awful, they are being so harsh on you! That’s just not how they should treat you. You really MUST ring the union and everyone you can who will help you

Sorry Toots should have said last night that all days completed this week. DH has done a lot of it again :)

I got annoyed with him this morning and he has cleaned out the hen house, helped DS3 change the wheels on his car and has been to the PO for the papers. I feel a bit bad about it but he needed a bit of a push.

sexy I agree with what all others have said. Please get advice from your union and hugs to you.

Poor old dog p'd on the floor overnight and when I came downstairs the kitchen and dining room floor was like a skating rink!! I have mopped it three times to get rid of the smell. Zoflora has helped a bit. Not what I had planned for first thing today.

Kitchen and bathrooms, hall and dining room s and s. All ready for DS2's b'day celebrations. I have found some 21st candles from one of the older ones and have trimmed the wick and they look like new.
business mortgage £0))''(+ Barclay's business kitchen loan £0=Total paid off was £96105 PPI claimed and received £13527

Could someone please tell why I thought it was a good idea to up my hours at work???? I'm kn@ckered!!!!!!!!!

Hope everyone's well. We're up to our necks in it.

DD2 is rising to the challenge of a major bedroom clearance and clean. (thankfully, because it really needs doing and I too tired to attempt it!)
DD1 is faffing pretending to tidy, but as sorted out 2 huge carrier bags full of paper rubbish, and a huge pile of books to pass on. So that's good.
DD3 is keeping out of the way and is entertaining herself with reading/playing and the computer :)

DH is sweeping through... pulling all the furniture out etc... mammoth task.

I appear to be flitting around one place to the next do bits and bobs. It's about all I can manage!

    ((((hugs)))) as appropriate to everyone.

FWITW.... Pigpen sometimes you just know it's too much right here right now. Good for you for taking steps to remedy the situation, and not just ploughing on regardless. Try and find a few seconds in there for you to be good to you too bab!

Best go and do something constructive. :D

ETA : just to add to the joy, we've had the front fireplace blocked up and plastered this week, so  lots of extra mess and stress due to that. And my LR is full of stuff from my DR. **sigh** we'll get there in the end.

    Afternoon all

Sexy, so sorry it has been another awful week, I was thinking of you each day and wish I could offer some sound advise. What are the governors like?

Toots - you are going great guns on the clearing and ebaying, I must try and get a few bits on there tomorrow.

Have decided on main presents for the kids now so just need to research them and get them ordered.

Going to do an hour in the front garden now (did an hour in the back, not made a huge difference but I'm trying to do one hour front and back each week)

Can anyone give me ideas on how to use up a bag of sweet potatoes?

I made a big pan of sweet potato soup, with a couple of carrots, an onion and some stock, then blitzed it in the blender.
I just had a big bowl with some bread and butter (granary sub out of the bargain bag) and it was lovely. Since there's chicken soup to come later, I'll have to freeze the rest.
Thanks for pointing out the thread, Penny.
