Its the price that appeals more than anything - I could afford to borrow a lot more but am a bit scared of the idea of 25 years of big mortgage payments. With this one the mortgage would be pretty small so not too much to worry about.

I'm not sure why it is that cheap though which is a bit of a concern - probably falling down or summat!

My mum conceived on her first month for my siblings except for me, I took years as it was after a mc. Perhaps I'm like mum. I conceived on my first month, ended in mc. Will it take years? (turned out her tubes needed unblocking after her mc).:rolleyes:

yeah 2 ww apparently - im well aware ill get a bfn this month dont know feel all excited that we are trying?? (and if im a textbook that we were actually at the same end of the country during ov time AND for slightly longer than we should have been due to snow issues) - hes the same although he keeps saying went were pregnant like its a certainty it will actually happen. Think ive read too much stuff online lately about it not happening for so many people and then things going wrong - part of the reason for joining here really cause people do get positives on here and then you can see the journey so it were.
Who knows its all a big muddle in my head and im sleepy.

morning everyone cd11?! (i cant remember its too early in the morning) dtd las night after getting yet another + off opk and i have started spotting which has really confused me,any ideas to what this could be ladies?

Anybody who has had a mc, how long did you leave it before commencing with the bd? I appreciate different pct's give different advice but i have been told 6-8 weeks, cant go that long im a (fairly) newly wed with needs!

I was told we can 'commence relations' lol whenever we want, but should wait until first period before trying for another baby.
