Hope you get the boiler sorted asap..then you can go fromto
although any snuggling later on might encourage some
PTFO - Passed The F*&k Out ie, head hit the pillow & he was asleep:rotfl::rotfl:
Lol @ the smileys. You know, I think I do have some empty loo rolls somewhere (don't ask me why lol) Wouldn't the newspaper have to dry tho? I guess I could always stuff with dry paper, might workIt's not too bad at the moment as the sun is out so the living room is at least warm for now. It'll drop again tho once the sun goes in. Brrrrrr.
Can't fix the boiler so have to wait till about 6.30 when DH comes home from work to see if he can fix it. It's doubtful tho. I want him to look before we call anyone out tho. We don't have to pay for it, but I'd feel bad if it was something stupid and we had to land my boss/landlord with a bill for nothing as I know the business isn't doing well at the moment.
LMAO @ PTFO - that's a new one on me lol.
S xxxAfter 4 years of heartache, 3 rounds of IVF and 1 loss :A - we are finally expecting our miracle Ki11en - May 2014 :j
And a VERY surprise miracle in March 2017!0 -

Loo rolls are one of those things that are always lying about somewhere:) Dry ones would work if you're using them straight away, I said dampen them coz you can cram more in when they're damp and therefore burn for longer when thrown on the fire:cool:
Hope sun stays out for as long as poss:) x1.11.09 - debt = £45k:eek:

Hey everyone,
We'll here I am trying my hardest to get loads of work done despite the fact that I'm working from home and am really c*ap at it - I have a quick nosey on here and find myself having to read back to catch up.
Fuzz I agree with your words and am thrilled to be considered as an 'old timer' despite the fact that I perhaps shouldn't be, however I want to make sure all everyone feels welcome, no matter how long they've been posting for.
I know I felt welcome right from the start. As the months have gone on I've gotten to know a lot of you better and yes I feel like I'm more part of the gang as such, this is lovely as it kind of counteracts the sadness of not being pg yet.
As for people posting and getting BFP quickly, obviously there are always going to be some people who get lucky and get pg quick. Whilst we are all happy for everyone who achieves what this board is all about, there is sometimes going to be a slight sadness and jealously (especially for anyone going through a period of negative mental attitude) which is natural. This doesn't mean people should feel bad for telling us, its just one of those things.
Also, I'm more than happy for people to continue to post once they are pregnant, especially if they feel they know us TTCers and can benefit from our support during the earlier weeks which sound petrifying (sp?). However, as becs said it can feel ackward for us still struggling to reach that stage if the thread becomes largely posts by ladies who are pg.
I hope that makes sense, I'm sure I could explain better if I had time.
Mads xxProud to be a moneysaver! :cool:0 -

THANK YOU Mads xoxo :AIf you can think it........it will happen0 -
On another note - thanks Fuzz for the zinc info etc.
Me and OH don't take any supplements (except me taking folic acid) as we kind of feel that if we eat healthily then that is better anyway and we shouldn't need to.
I suggested taking supplements to him yesterday after reading that and he didn't sound impressed, so I think I'm going to have to start leaving bowls of nuts around and putting lentils in everything etc. We also need to seriously increase our intake of fruit and veg as we are doing very badly at that at the mo.
I seem to have spent most of my morning trying to get him to wake up, but keeps falling asleep again! Hes currently dosing away on the sofa even after I made him a cuppa and woke him up by asking if he'd drunk it yet 10 min later lol! He's incredibly stressed at the mo as he's supposedly trying to fill in an application form and seems to have a phobia of them (seriously, its really odd, he's even been getting stabbing pains which he thinks is due to the stress).
If anyone else is at home - Martin's on loose women today I think (12:30) i hate that prog usually but might try to watch it which typing up some meeting minutes.Proud to be a moneysaver! :cool:0 -

Ladies, I think we may have to have a pecking order......no more bfps unless it's Madmac, Nunny, Becs, Smartie, LilDevil, Catw0man, Snuggles(if you're still lurking!), Maddie, Bitzer(I know you're lurking!), Gena, Kmckee, Natalie, Mishka, Justmarried, Twinklie, Nichart, Hassle, sexki11en...Phew! Thinks that the majority of oldtimers, sorry if I missed you:o Oh and Me:D:D:D
Not in any particular order though so if my bfp comes first then so be it;):rotfl:
I got my BFP fuzz, so the pecking order is looking good.0 -
