Did anyone see Karen's birth on Shameless? That was possibly the most ridiculous tv birth I've ever seen.
I love Asda pizza! But only the stonebake base ones.
They're little bu99ers those mini eggs!! And glad bubs is ok
DH has had work cancelled for tomorrow night. But, he has maybe got alternative work however it's in Derby. We can't really afford to lose his wage but I don;t want him to go that far away
Sorry to hear about your DH, hope things work out ok for you both.
What did you put in your stir fry? I am always open to new ideas!
Feel the need now to share my ultimate amazing stir fry from scratch ingredients list, use with whatever veg, noodles etc but it's such a nice combination of flavours:
Grated ginger
Garlic
Red onion
Vegetable stock cube, crumbled in
Splash of water
Soy sauce
Sesame oil
Fresh black pepper
Fresh coriander
Well nice with grilled pork and noodles with green pepper.

For what it's worth, I went for the Graco Quattro Tour Travel System. I know it's a bit bulky and heavy for some, but I found that quite reassuring;

Thanks redstar, the first buggy we brought for our dd we nicknamed the monster truck!:rotfl:It was a bebecar three wheeler and was v comfy for babs but a nightmare to heave onto buses.Solid is reassuring thou isn't it?Those flimsy strollers make me laugh, you know the ones that look like they'd fall down if you blew to hard!:female:Our 2 gorgeous little girls born 2006 and 2010

I really like the pramettes that lie flat like mama and papas and silvercross do but even on ebay they are pushing my budget.

I won't be much help then cos I have this one from Mamas & Papas but with the big wheels. MIL bought it second hand from her friend at work though for an absolute bargain of £80Dear_Prudence wrote: »Sorry to hear about your DH, hope things work out ok for you both.

Mine was similar, lots of chopped ginger and crushed garlic, sliced onion, peppers, carrots, broccoli, toasted sesame oil, splash of rice wine, soy sauce, lots of fresh ground pepper, splash of water and corn flour to thicken it up a bit. Then when I remember I sprinkle sesame seeds on the top.
Borth pool I bought off a friend of a friend but it's the Birth Pool In A Box one, the larger size, not the mini. Alhtough the mini would have been fine as I'm only small!0 -
Actually SJ that is one of the prams I've been looking at on ebay. What a bargain your mil got!:T:female:Our 2 gorgeous little girls born 2006 and 2010

Oh I know! She / we did amazingly well! She did suggest buying that second hand one to keep at hers (in Scotland) and buy us a new one to keep here but I said no way as it was a right waste of money so she's giving us money towards cotbed now instead :money:0

I'm going to go for http://www.boots.com/en/My-Child-Orbital-Travel-System_1039113/
Last time I had a Mamas and Papas pushchair/car seat thing and I wished I'd had a pram attachment so I'm going for that style this time.
Mmm, I'm completely hooked on bagels and pure cherry juice at the moment. Unfortunately my food aversions/cravings mean I'm spending a fortune on food. Thankfully it should only last another few weeks.Taking baby-steps :beer:0 -
Nitha, that is lovely bit out of my price range though. This is my 2nd babs so I'm a bit of a skinflint this time round.Doesn't stop me having expensive tastes though!lol;):female:Our 2 gorgeous little girls born 2006 and 2010
