afternoon all!
Earliest rise for quite some time this morning, 9:20am LOL
Had breakfast of porridge, very righteous and now im thinking about what to have for lunch..... might be a ham sandwich i think.....with a packet of salt and vinegar crisps.
Midwife made it today. HUZZAH! DH was also able to stay before he needed to leave for his interview, so that was good. Totally wasnt xpecting her to take blood from me though!!!!! Really glad I'd had breakkie and some squash beforehand.
Did have to remind her couple of times that I'd had a missed m/c before, since she didnt seem to pick up when I was talking, but i think she was all out of sorts doing a booking appt at 20 weeks.
I am apparently too late for any screenings, which is fine by me because I didnt really want them anyway, and we've now got our 20 week scan on thursday at 10:30am! WOOWOO....
Hopefully get confirmation of first sonographers reckoning on baby boy

Well ladies here I am, never made it to work as have been on labour ward all morning! Popped to the loo after posting on here to find I was bleeding again, so reapeat performance of 5 weeks ago, phone triage who told me to go to labour ward. All the same checks tests and probing as last time plus lots of waiting around, almost fell asleep was so warm in there! Still vant figure it out why but as the bleed isnt as bad as the last they have discharged me as they trust me to come back if there are further issues. Have to go back for my anti d injection later as they can take a while to be delivered and MW gave me the option of waiting or coming home. Have to phone MW at 4.30 see if its been delivered and if it has its just a quick drive by injection lol. MW advised me to take tomorrow off and rest to be on safe side so thats another two days lopeed of my countdown hehe. Anyhoo the important bit is we are both well, just worried as to what keeps causing it!
OH is more determined we pay off and pick up rest of baby plan stuff in case she does make an early appearance so he is gonna take me to work later to do that, prob on our way back to hospital.
so less me and more catching up..
Kindof - woah for the epic post! Muslins think we have about 25 so far, was told you can never have too many. But there not cheap, luckily managed to get most of mine free. I have a calin blue sling which is fab and have read some good reviews for, want a joey as well, was going to hire one when bubs arrives and see how I get on before buyingOH is slightly freaked out by those progs too but is ok really, unless I have to have a c sec he said he wont come in with be for that cos he recons he'll faint! Oh and nice bump
AB - Still recommend popping along to a store with both cars and trying car seats then you can take it from there, by eliminating any that dont fit.
Twinkles - love OH reasoning behind your lack of nesting hehe.
Gym - Sorry your not sleeping, have had more than a few of those nights. As for getting annoyed with OH I think you'll find that a mix of hormones and tiredness, i get like that too. Ya boiler being fixed later thank god.
Tink - glad to hear about your change of MW, and yeay for scan
Mermaid - am just coming up to 3 stone gain (not weighed for a while tho so cant be exact), but I lost 1 and 1/2 stone before getting PG so am not worrying and just enjoying eating LOL! As for cheapy mat trousers my local peacocks had jeans and combats for £5 in there sale.
Nikkit - good bump pic, scar doesnt look so badOh and fingers crossed for a good appointment x
redstar - can sympathise with the hard, uncomfy bump and lack of sleep!
yorkgal - no cravings for me either, unless you count food in general!
EA - Big massive...
Have a fab 21st xx

Mermaid85- I was looking at weight gain yesterday as I've put on 4lbs in the first tri. I read about 4lbs in first tri is fine, then about a pound a week in second tri. Followed by about 11lbs in third tri. Obviously this is just an average amount and women will vary hugely. So just over 2 stone all in. Personally I'd be very happy with gaining just 2 stone, but somehow with the way I'm eating I don't think I will be that lucky!0

kindof - just to give you an idea, we keep 1 muslin on the changing table, 1 on the bed (for the rare times I BF in bed), 1 on the rocking chair and 1 on the couch! (both BF places). LOL, it's easier than porting them around all the time, so I just keep them lying around the house and then you're never too far away if he does a pukey.
But we're 3.5 weeks on and I still have 1/2 the original package of them that hasn't been used, so you're safe with 10 easily.
bedding - need more fitted moses basket sheets. He went through 2 in 1 night (which is all I own) spitting up, so we had to line basket with muslin cloths! I use the same flat sheet every night as it doesn't get dirty, so honestly 2 is enough.top 2013 wins: iPad, £50 dental care, £50 sportswear, £50 Nectar GC, £300 B&Q GC; jewellery, Bumbo, 12xPringles, 2xDiesel EDT, £25 Morrisons, £50 Loch Fyne

Thank you very much Aless and Super Saver
Ok so some more Muslins are more than two fitted sheets lol
Aless can I ask, when Finn wakes up in the middle of the night for a feed and OH is asleep in bed what do you do, do you quietly just feed him in bed sitting up or laying down? or do you go off somewhere else to do it?Debt £30,823.48/£44,856.56 ~ 06/02/21 - 31.28% Paid OffMortgage (01/04/09 - 01/07/39)
