  • Well ladies not been on much recently. Can't get on here at work as they have found a replacement for me and so I'm training her in my job all this week.

Lou congratulations again and fab pics of baby Cody! He's gorgeous.

I can't sleep tonight. Went to bed at 10 as was out Monday night and was so tired today but kept waking up and from 2am just couldn't get back to sleep at all.

DH is out and I don;t sleep well when he's not here.

Worried how I'm going to manage at work all day though as I know I'm going to be super tired. Plus going straight from work to my second and last ante-natal.
  • Your probably just a little kid who hates the fact that Kurt left for TNA. You have no proof of your accuasations. So your just making yourself look stupid. Plus all that "you suck" i think he deserves a right to be mad. But now in TNA he is getting more respect than he ever did in WWE. He is a great wrestler and will go down as a legend.

Tis freezing here, quite literally, tho I have the car this am which is a bonus :D Not looking forward to defrosting it tho, must ask OH where the scrapper is before he heads out. He asked me this am if I'd like a warmer pair of gloves, when I said yes he gave me back the pair I spent most of last year looking for that I'd bought for walking the dog hehe. Oh and after weeks he has promised me that he's gonna clean the fish tank :D think its cos my Mum is coming Sat lol, not that she'd mention it bet if it gets him to do it.

arghhhh im sure asda are trying to drive me insane

I just rang them coz i still hadnt heard anything back from my email complaint. Checked my online banking to find depsite the store telling me that i wouldnt be charged the full amount of my order they have done and they have taken the full amount out of my bank thus taking me a fiver over my overdraft
Tried ringing the bank who said there is nothing they can do and to take it up with asda coz they are going to charge me £20 for going over
Currently waiting for asda to call me back as they need to contact the store to get them to authorise a refund

The total including the damaged items, the over pricing and the £20 natwest have charged for asdas incompetence is nearly £50

She really peed me off when i mentioned about the bank charges because of them she offered me a free delivery voucher :mad: She didnt really know what to say when i said well thats no use to me coz i will be using tesco in future :rotfl::rotfl:

Does anyone know why multiquote won't work over multiple pages? Grrr...

We have some BBQ tongs, but I think I will give that particular "method" a miss!

Som - lovely bump! Soooo jealous of your stretchmark-free tum!

PP - toilet sitting did not work for me...prolly too fat! :p

kitkat - oooo, only 1 day off my b-day now :p will go and edit the last EDD in a sec

bazzab - yay for a name! I'll update the list in a sec. Giving good feeding vibes to Mrs Bazzab & little Matthew!

Beenie - a combo of clary sage & lavender is supposed to be good. I warn you now that clary sage is VERY expensive so if you're not into it, I wouldn't spend the dosh. I think TBH that they are 'relaxing' oils which can relieve tension (from what I've read, stress & tension can actually stop some women from going into labour, just relaxing & chilling can actually set things off). Also, clary sage can be used in a carrier oil massaged into bump over the course of several days (about 10 drops to 100ml oil). Lots of conflicting reports on whether this actually works or not, but isn't that the way with ALL these methods?!

I've also read that acupuncture is supposed to be very good, but you're right not very MSE! :money: There's also acuPRESSURE points but they seem to be less effective (haven't done squat for me :p).

Can you tell I've done a lot of research on how to get baby out? :rotfl:

Putting clean sheets on bed didn't work either. :o Meeting up with DH & MIL for lunch today, God save me. DH is convinced I will go into labor AT lunch with her because it would be the WORST timing (as she'd prolly insist on going to hospital with us, HORROR!).

I wouldnt mind but there are 2 free delivery codes sat attached to my account already surely they would know that if they were looking at my account on the computer

I couldnt believe it though and actually said to her im out of pocket my £20 because of asda's mistake and you are offering me a free delivery code which is at the most worth a fiver are you joking? :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Im still waiting for them to call me back they have until 11 and i will be on the phone again, i have had enough of them now. I have just made the girls breakfast and the bloody two loaves of bread i ordered have a best before date of yesterday how is anyone supposed to use 2 loaves of bread in a day !!!!!!???
  • arghhhhh

scrap that last post as soon as i pressed submit i got an email from asda!
    Thanks for your email.

I’m sorry about the damaged and overcharged items on your recent home shopping order. It must’ve been frustrating for you as you had to clean up the mess made by the damaged products.

I see that you’ve contacted us at the Call Centre and a refund of £10.19 has been processed. The refund will take up to 10 days to show as a credit on your payment card.

I’ve attached a free delivery eVoucher to your ASDA account. The eVoucher is available immediately and is valid for 60 days. You need to click on the ‘add’ button to attach the voucher to an order.

We appreciate you bringing this to our attention.

    Kind regards

    Chester Matham

    ASDA Home Shopping

So i have just rang them back again  the £10.19 is apparently for the damaged products and the overcharged items

Funny considering they come to £38.97 on their own without the extra charges i have incurred because of their incompetence

They are now going to call me back within the hour, as they need to contact the store first... funny considering i just dialled the stores number and got straight through to someome why cant they do that
