What do they mean by danger time?? Nice of them to put it like that

I know i did ask him what he meant and he said he would explain at the end but by then we had found out about the baby being breech so forgot to ask again.

Carls Congrats on becoming a nan can i get away with saying that !!!!

There are quite a few sites for goodies, such as emma diary, also a few baby clubs she can sign up to, also i know me and a few of the other girls found freecycle a great help, also we all tend to post on here when we see good bargains. :T:T

havent caught up yet , but skimmed through , be careful buying dopplers on BIN , as amazon do them for £18, if you do want to buy it straight away shop around as some good prices around

Doh I knew I should have checked Amazon first!! Infact I thought of it as soon as I bought the other one. Ah well too late now

Just done my first lot of pregnancy exercise and been swimming. Forgot how much I enjoyed it actually but need to start looking for a new swimming costume as mine is a bit on the tight side! Not so much my bump, but my boobs lol.

Keeping fingers crossed that baby turns Lou

Did think about getting a second opinion whilst on lunch, also the consultant said to me " At 36 weeks you are past the danger time for having a double womb" Well i knew it could be hard in the early weeks but no one told me a bout the danger time !!!. Feeling a bit better thanks to you ladies and it's hard because cant talk to oh at the moment. Will promise not to try and queue jump.

    Dont think so kindof

carlsberggal - congrats to you and your daughter its lovely that you want to help and support her. I can deffinatley recommend signing up to all the clubs and websites you can have had some fab lil bits not to mention money of vouchers. Freecycle is fab Ive had lots of things off there in the past tho non of them baby related. Have had some good bargains of ebay too, specially if you look for items going locally with free collection. Also if you can get to a car boot or two, again have picked up some new and newly new bargains there too. Mention to friends if you dont mind second hand, we've had several bits given to us inc clothes, bottle warmer, baby bath and a rocker. But fdef check back here as the girls are really good at posting bargains and deals they have found.

I followed Som's advice and got a bump band off ebay the other day - was so pleased with it I went to buy another one and found they were half price now!! So if anyone's interested in black size 12-14 (not sure if they have other sizes as well) then it's only £2.35 including p & p!

  • Somnium - thanks for the comment about me and for the info. It's been a total shock TBH, only found out sunday night. We are at the doctors again tomorrow - he gave her time to decide whether she really wanted to go ahead or not. Well she is and for her it's the right choice I think.
