Sorry ladies just having a bad day :mad:Darling son born 10/12/09 hopefully the 1st of many :j0 -
Morning ladies
How sad am i but just got into work from consultant's appt and need to chat to you, Had a scan on an old scan machine and from what he could see the baby is breech in which case it means a c-s as they wont even try and turn the baby nor wait to see if the baby will turn as due to the shape of my womb it could mean I could go into early labour which explains the pain i have been getting !!! So the long and short of it i have to go back for a scan next week and if bumper is still breech on the weds I then have a n appt on the thursday to be booked in for a c-s,
This has upset me more than i thought it would as I was looking forward to a natural birth well not natural but a water breaking and think " oh my god i am in labour " Kind of thing if that makes sense and now that seems to have been taken out my hand. Also to think we could have the baby here in the next few weeks worries the life out of me as we are no where near ready as such, ok we will be fine but i really wanted to avoid having a c-section. Sorry to rant on, anyhow labour vibes to those in need and hugs to those also in need xxxxx

Lou can't you get a second opinion and see if it's possible to go a bit longer to see if baby turns? I know you've got the womb shape thing but still... Otherwise don't worry, if it's what is best then it could avoid any complications arising which could result in emergency c/s. I know that's no consolation though. Sending turning vibes your way, and i don't want you queue jumping!!0

Did think about getting a second opinion whilst on lunch, also the consultant said to me " At 36 weeks you are past the danger time for having a double womb" Well i knew it could be hard in the early weeks but no one told me a bout the danger time !!!. Feeling a bit better thanks to you ladies and it's hard because cant talk to oh at the moment. Will promise not to try and queue jump.
Dont think so kindof

Wonder if any of you lovely people could give me some advice on my 18 year old daughter being pregnant, she's the youngest of my 3, so it's been a long time since I was in the baby way! Has come as a total shock, but I'm sure we will cope. She will be moving back home with us, she started uni this Sept, but is going to defer I think. Also freebie stuff websites would be invaluable. Many thanksTo love and be loved is the greatest happiness of existance - Sydney Smith0
