Now Im convinced it is just me and ebay then LOL

Half the issue is I dont drive so I cant go and collect things and I dont like to ask DH.
I'd keep an eye out in some of the smaller charity shops/local charity ones, I'm always seeing baby baths in them. Maybe freecycle for one?

I've got muslin squares, got 6 in Tesco for £4 but they're big enough to be cut in half and re-hemmed. I'm planning on using them over my shoulder when Im carrying Little L in case he spits up on me. I cant stand the thought of baby spew over me LOL maybe it's different when its your own baby's but still....

We've got bibs as well, and to be honest I've just been picking up cheap packets from poundland/primark etc

Two ebay lots Im watching are 60+ bundles of clothes, all good condition, sent by courier £10 and starting bid is 9.99 and they say they'll combine postage.... so could work out reasonably if they stayed at 9.99 and combned postage was say £5 off.....

I want to go carbooting :(

Couldnt you email seller and see if theyll do a special price for both lots for you????

Thats weird cos I said exactly same to OH re carbooting last week, we was going to go last Sunday but seeing as I didnt wake up til 8 it pointless even going as it takes me almost an hour to 'get right' in a morning nowadays:):)

LOL @ "get right"..... my version is "get my shizzle together" and it takes me about half an hour just to get my pants, socks and trousers on. DH thinks its hilarious as I have to hook my trousers round my feet now, one at a time LOL

Think I will email them, another issue I've got is I cant pay for it until my HipG money goes in, and I can change my paypal nominated bank account.... unless they'll take a postal order....
That or I get my mum to do it via hers LOL

Speaking of my mum, well her and my dad, they want to now buy us a monitor. Its hard to hear between the rooms here hence why we wanted one....feel kinda guilty but mostly relieved because my parents have pretty much done everything apart from feed and give birth to this one.... and we've hardly had to pay for owt....Any suggestions on monitors?

This is uncanny as a monitor is top of our to-buy-list :):) We like the look/reviews of the BT Baby Monitor 150 - cheapest price weve seen is £60 - can get it bit cheaper off eBay (yes there again!!!) but theyre 'seconds', would rather get a brand new one. OH's parents have said theyll pay half towards the ttravel system so thats good.

Didnt you ring up re HiPG???

monitors.. angelcare.. I rely heavily in the movement monitor.. I you aren't bothered about that.. anything will do.

I am desperately in need of trousers.. Squeak has now outgrown my 3 pairs of comfy slobby trousers leaving me with 2 pairs of jeans that are rather snug.. I have another few month of this, won't be getting any smaller and really not wanting to pay full whack.. I hate ebay.. everyone just sells carp.. online crapboot!! s'pose I may need to go bargain hunting.. can't stay in my jammies forever (though I would if I could!)

Bought a few clothing bits for Squeak yesterday from mothercare.. Has anyone got their pumpkin patch stuff through yet? I've heard nothing and am not best impressed I taking this long TBH.. good job baby isn't already here it would have outgrown everything by the time it arrived!

Yeah I rang and they told me there had been delays and to call back next wed if I still havent had it.....so in short not much help LOL

we've been looking at a tommee tippee movement sensor one.... will see if i can find the name somewhere. DH was put in charge of it, as its technical and buttons and it gives him something to do for baby LOL

I saw a nice dress in Primark which Im tempted to buy.... its a maxi dress, loose fitting for the beach i guess. and im just thinking maybe that would be good for right at the end of pregnancy when DH isnt around to help me get my trousers on LOL.......another thing on the list for when HIPG money turns up....

We had considered the Angelcare monitor as well.

Have you tried Asda for trousers??? I got some from there they only cost me £12. Have you a Next Clearance shop nearby?? You might strike lucky there?? Next have some offers on but not sure if theres any maternity stuff on offer

Me neither, looked on their website and 7 working days delivery so mine should have arrived by now. Not sure if I'll buy from them again. Was hoping it to come today whilst I'm at home as DH may not be happy at me buying more stuff.

    Xmas, congrats on team pink:j:j
