Think I will do some research on the nappies front, just dont fancy buying them either! Some of these reuseables are expensive, plus i know OH will not wash them and wen i go back to work i know it will be a pain getting it all ready for my mum as i know she will insist on washing it all but i really do not want to put on her too much, she has done her share of washing nappies with me and my sister :P

I'm too lazy for all this reuseable lark! And incinerating, i dont even hav a chimney, and cant burn stuff outside as i am surrounded by neighbours!

Pigpen, i might complain to Pumkpin too, it does state on their delivery '7 days' and 7 days is today!!! Ridiculous!

Hello, yay for the pink Xmas. Does that make 2 of each for you now?

Pigpen, have you thought about a bump band for your trouser situation? They're totally fab cos you don't have to bother buying new ones. Well, I've bought one new pair, which are huge, so I've gotta stick the band on to hold 'em up.

Scan went fine, bubs is spot on for dates, and didn't show us the goods, so we still get our surprise. I normally hate surprises (good job cos OH carp at present buying!) but for this I'm somehow really looking forward to it.

    hey ladies

in mothercare the other day someone had opened up a reusable nappy pack, i had a good look and was quiet surprised how nice they were!

got my bounty pack today, got very emotional when i saw the sample nappy for some reason?

did anyone get the disney scratchcards in theirs? you get six and have a chance on each one of winning a free disney harbackbook, i won all six. it says you freepost them away and they send you 2 extra which are £3.49 for a trial

They won't help the waistbands of the trousers are simply too tight and they just irritate.. I have spent today in my jammies other than when I nipped to get my nails done. These are maternity trousers not my normal trousers which I haven't been able to wear since about 5 weeks!

I want some big flattering over the bump trousers that I can tuck in my bra.. but I don't want that hideous jersey stretch top on top of proper trousers.. don't want much do I?

I really wish I hadn't sold my maternity stuff from the others.. I had some very comfy stuff on there :(

    Hi all,

    Just reading and running..

All Thanks for your welcomes X

Xmas - Yay you for team pink! How lovely! Was hoping you'd get what you wanted when I was out and about today. Re the lashes, just plonk them on after eyeshadowing, the quicker you do it the better, takes 2 secs thats all and I use eylure, about £4 ish for the glamour ones.

Pigpen - I got excited about the "He" bit then too. I love how you keep everyone in suspense with your dates and the flavour of the baby. I love your trotting reindeer please don't every get rid as it cheers me up.

Right off now to have HM curry nomnom

    take care all,

    Suzanne

Am so not looking forward to filling this in... 38 pages! and 14 pages of instructions.....

WHY DO I HAVE TO BE POOR!!!!????

Anyway tumble dryer has broken, god only knows whats wrong with it, every time i turn the dial it just beeps, and is lit up saying its drying (quite clearly isnt) and so far ive emptied water and fluff filter, switched it off and on again and nothing, so im stumped!

Watched Angels and Demons whilst lounging on sofa, so 2 dvds to send back to Lovefilm tomorrow.
Baby washing hanging up on the indoor airer. Think I've got one more lot left and then that will be all his clothes and linen done....PHEW!

Exhausting day yesterday in Bristol... but we got a few baby clothes (with vouchers of course;)) and SIL gave us a baby outfit:)

Oooo lots of pink flavours... 2 and a bit weeks until I find out! I'm thinking I'll be in the same team at this rate!!:rotfl:And no I wont keep it a secret unlike some people:whistle::p

I popped to my BSL course this morning (passed the 1st exam but then naughty baby happened so hadn't been going every week) and they said I've put weight on!! I'm sure they should of said "ooo you're blooming" instead!!! They're all lovely and have been worrying about me as I haven't been for a month or so - bless them:o

Can you all keep your fingers crossed that my annoying neighbour wont be having a party tonight/this weekend cos I really need some sleep:( I think he's been "had a word with" as the music hasn't been so loud but when it's at 3/4 am in the morning it's blimin annoying at any volume:mad:

I've felt 100% sure I am having a boy all through this pregnancy, until last week when I felt sure it was a girl, I am so confused now but cannot wait for the suprise! I'm trying to buy multicolored bits, as I don't wana have 100's of whites, also got one blue item that could easily suit a girl or boy :D

Just waitin for OH to finish work and bring me Maccy D's, dont want another takeaway but as I have been off work no food shopping has been done. Had cheese on toast with lee and perrins earlier, mmmmm its sooo good!

Glad you bought some baby clothes Smartie! I love buying them :D
