Thats great news Fuzz if your feeling flutterings, I think I felt flutterings at about 11/12 weeks now I am almost 22 weeks and the baby is moving/ kicking constantly. I dread to think how I will cope as he/she grows as sometimes the kicks bloody hurt!! Was lay on my side earlier and was being kicked really hard by bubs, think I was too amazed to wince at the pain!0

Had my scan today and we are team PINK :j
I think i knew it from the beginning, but everyone was telling its a boy. Was very happy today to prove them all wrong :rotfl:0 -
re movements
My placenta is at the back, I felt flutterings at 10-12 weeks, my husband could feel movements from 17/18 weeks and I can now see movements at 21 weeks ( this is my 2nd ) For those unsure about where they are feeling them or now I wouldn't worry too much, it seems like every day they get a bit stronger until they are mistakable. It definitly feels different to wind IMO
Hope everyone is feeling well, I'm still very down, waiting on a counselling apt and have 1 more week off work before I'm due to go back  not looking forward to it at all:(Busy mum of 3, so if my posts don't make sense or ask a silly question be patient:rotfl:0 -
**confuzzled** wrote: »Hi all,
I've been feeling like flutterings, like muscle spasms just to the bottom left of my belly button and wondered if anyone else had them in early pg and what are they?? I did google but can only find reports of people saying its bubs(I doubt it is at 10/11wks!!) not important, just curious as it took me by surprise:o
I felt this too from about 11 weeks...i could only describe it as like a goldfish swimming around inside me! Still feel it sometimes (now 14+5), flutterings are def a good way to describe it - definitely different than wind.
Mine is always bottom left too.Mum to gorgeous baby boy born Sept 2010:j0 -
Hi all
Been missing for a few days, not sure why - just out and busy I think. Feel like I am starting to feel human now, still v tired and a bit nauseous in the mornings but definitely improving. I'm starting to look a bit pg too now...DH took a pic on Sunday which I'll post at some point.
Hope all are ok, will try to read back at some point.Mum to gorgeous baby boy born Sept 2010:j0 -
re- baby movements, think my little bubs has shifted to head down, rather than oblique
Yay! I still get an extra scan at 33 weeks so will be great to get another peek. I don't want to count my chickens though as I know they still could move again before labour but nice to know they can still manoeuvre easily in there

Midwife lied to me and now Im all in a panic....
She told me I was measuring spot on for number of weeks, and I've just got my notes out of my bag and Im measuring exactly the same as my last visit, which was behind. So Im even more behind......
I know some people dont like to use the measurements, saying their outdated etc but I'm just really nervous....and I need reassurance, Im really nervous about something going wrong with baby anyway..... and now Im just sat here by myself going over it..... I'm 30 wk + 5Wealth is not measured by currency0 -

Well ive had a lovely birthday been spoilt rotten not with stuff so much just kids have been lovely with lots of cuddles and other half has been really nice to me doing everything for me even bubs has been a little angel :-D
i checked my bank again and the £1 thing has corrected itself must have been a glitch on the system :-):jFriends are like fabric you can never have enough:j0 -
I'd said that to her at the start of my appt, that I was concerned about my growth, I didnt think I was growing as I should etc.....
I guess you're right though, if he's moved about, might change things....
I think Im worried its because of my eating the past few weeks, Ive not been eating enough, well I dont think I have, and Im worried lil un isnt getting enough food to grow with.... I probably sound like Im being so stupid, and just typical first time mum....Wealth is not measured by currency0
