Ok rocking the hipsI wonder if there is any youtube videos lol I have no clue lol
Smartie - Aww thats a sucky time! Mine was at 2.30pm and it sucked lol
Thanks Som
Xmas - I remember the long waits between appointments, they sucked lol YAY for your 20 week scan appointment
Muso - congrats on confirmed Team PinkYAY
EA - I am a wednesday child too :P full of woe lol
Apart from petsathome where else am I supposed to buy my hamsters? We dont have ANY pet shops around here
Som well done for changing sky, I need to ring them soon and get rid of the movies and sports which will save us £20 a month (£240 a year) but I have 3 movies on the planner I need to watch first, cos once they take the movies off you you cant watch them (which I think is a discgrace seeing as I paid for the movies at the time)
We didnt get a free coucnil tax month this month or next month cos even though we moved in in April they didnt get the DD Set up till June
Gymfiend your MW does it backwards doesnt she? so 2/5ths he is really 4/5ths? youre MW confuses me lol, do you have a ball to bounce on? that might help?
LMF sorry you are still here (in the nicest possible way) what time is your induction tomorrow?
CAFC thats like mine, she is only ever there tues and weds, so she is always fully booked, so the last few appointments have been hitty missy on if OH is there
Nikkit YAY Thats fab news on the heatingYAY is it just the SMP Nikkit where they diregard the £100? like I get 26 weeks of FULL PAY, then 13 weeks of SMP, so would the £100 a week not be counted from the 13 weeks> or all 39?
Lauzip - congrats on Team Blue
EA thanks for that comp link
1more? sorry tohear about your SIL
Ok I am back from MW, beany is 3/5ths now yay, she is very happy with his progress, BP was smashing, pee was smashing, she said she has had a bad day and has had to send loads of people to hospital lol
I have an appointment next week when I will be 40+1, I asked her about a waterbirth cos we havent talked births yet, and its a good job I did, as she had to talk through some stuff with me and she had to sign a form off to say she has talked to me about it otherwise I wouldnt have been able to have one
She was going to talk about it next week with us but then she decided against it in case I go early (I hope I do lol)
I cant get into the pool till I am 4cms, I can have Gas and Air, if I need pethadine then I can have it and then when I am not woosy get back in the pool?
Obv its first come first served, so fingers crossed no one is in the pool when I go in lol
And if my BP plays up again then I cant get in, so fingers crossed that behaves.
I have to get out to deliver the placenta but I can deliver the baby in the pool, OH cant fit in it but I dont think he wanted to lol, and they dont cut the cord till the cord has stopped pulsing.
It was nice to hear her say that water born babies take about a minute to cry, as sometimes they dont realise they have been born, as they have gone from a warm water enviroment to a warm water enviroment, so what you do is hold your baby with his head out of the water but his body still in there, and he will slowly wake up his vocal chords (His eyes will be open etc) and cry
SO all in all a good appointment
OH has blown up my ball,, the pump was !!!!! lol he used just his mouth and managed to do a good job, so now I need to get used to bouncing on itDebt £30,823.48/£44,856.56 ~ 06/02/21 - 31.28% Paid OffMortgage (01/04/09 - 01/07/39)

12 weeks today!!:D:D:D
:j :TAre any of you ladies who are or, going to be on, maternity leave not being replaced?
I've been told I won't be - surprised really because of the type of job I do as my workload can't really be shared amongst others.
Well, as for the keeping fingers crossed/PT application thing - it's a no go just now. Apparently they can't consider it this far in advance (how else am I supposed to consider all my options?!) and from what they were saying, it doesn't sound overly positive for an application later on either.
so yes, unimpressed and now have some fairly big decisions to make grumblegrumblegrumble0
