You also rock your hips on it to i think
Feeling alot of pressure down there, i hope baby is getting further engaged0 -
I have been trying to catch up with all the posts, I've noticed afew people said how breast feeding can be quite painful, do breast pumps still hurt just as much?
Workwise I think I am finishing 2/4 weeks prior to EDD, not sure how long to take off but I am thinking maybe between 4-6 months. Manager has suggested me working from home so hopefully that would mean less leave and more time with full wages! I want to spend as much time as possible with bubs. When I fell pregnant, OH was out of work and I was working full time, so the original plan was for me to go back to full time work and he be a full time dad. Now, thankfully, he is working fulltime so I think I will go back to work part-time when we have the baby, it will be hard to manage bills but we are slowly trying to clear debts before baby is born, so we can spoil him/ her rotten!!! :rotfl:(obviously in a very MSE way!)0 -

kindof - you can use it to lean on too, like on all fours
You can use it after birth too for some gentle exercise amd to play with baby to get some tummy time
