Third woohoo of the day.. Physios are muchos happy with Rhys and he's showing big improvements since last time. He's rolling freely with a little help and they said if we do a bit of what they showed me every day, he'll have cracked it by the weekend

THANK you Weezl/Scruffy, I wanted to ask about Feely but felt like a stalker.
On which note, I want Caz to come backI worry.
Also, YAY to Elle on good news of three sortsand hugs to Weezl for gah stresses
We do have stressed exchanges sometimes in the small hours too... OH simply cannot handle night-time waking, and I get very frustrated because her usual response to anything between around 1-7am is "just leave him he'll be ok" whereas even if I do leave him it's not like I can sleep myself!0 -

Oh, forgot about them! Do I need to wait for the amount, or can they work it out for themselves if i just tell them "middle rate"?pookie5488 wrote: »Hi all

Blow up loads of balloons and stick them all over it, then present him with a small wrapped box containing a pin.
I was at a moving and handling training day and the guy blew up a balloon, he started squeezing it to show us what happens to your back/discs if you don't lift etc properly. I promptly asked if he wsa going to burst it and he assured me he wasn't but low and behold the a r s e hole burst it. I burst into tears and everyone wondered what was wrong!! What a prat I felt.....

Hi all
Just popping in to say hi have not been online much as broadband keeps crashing. matthew crying on and off today and trying to poo but don't think he is constipated as he usually gets really agitated when trying to poo and its always soft. Tried giving him cooled boiled water but he knows he is being duped and refused it point blank after two sips lol. He now weighs 7lb 10oz (nearly newborn size lol)Coming soon............

Hi Pookie! I think they just like making a big deal out of pooping. Woohoo on newborn sized!
Elle, just call em and say middle rate, they will check with the DLA offices. Maybe call and ask if you can get carers allowance while on mat leave, don't know if you can. Oh and when you do return to work, if your Mum is having Rhys and works 21 hours or less (earns under £95 a week after tax) and is looking after Rhys 35 hours or more, she may be able to claim it. If she does and she is a bit reluctant to claim it, it's almost £200 a month and tell her to think of the great days out they could have on that (or she can put it in an account for him).0 -

Grrrr @ TC MONKEYS!!!
Just phoned to tell them, first one said "Thankyou for telling us. It makes no difference" and claimed we have to be getting higher rate. I checked here and (I think) it says we should get it. I rang back and spoke to someone else who said "yes, you will get disability element. System will pdate in a few days and we'll send you a letter to notify you of your new award".. hmmm, we wait and see! Do we get it back dated to 17th August too? First one was very dismissive of my question because she was adamant we didn't get it.
Will look into CA but I think you have to earn under £95 a week.. Thankyou xx0 -
I just hit the spam button by accident!!!Too many children, too little time!!!0
