Sami - I'm a little older than your referal age but I echo what weezl said
Right, I really must get back to it, but it's been so long since I had any time to myself I can't tear myself away! You laugh because I'm different - I laugh because you're all the same0 -
Grrrr @ TC MONKEYS!!!
Just phoned to tell them, first one said "Thankyou for telling us. It makes no difference" and claimed we have to be getting higher rate. I checked here and (I think) it says we should get it. I rang back and spoke to someone else who said "yes, you will get disability element. System will pdate in a few days and we'll send you a letter to notify you of your new award".. hmmm, we wait and see! Do we get it back dated to 17th August too? First one was very dismissive of my question because she was adamant we didn't get it.
Will look into CA but I think you have to earn under £95 a week.. Thankyou xx:j Baby boy Number 2, arrived 12th April 2009!:j0 -
Sami, my OH would love a referral I think!0

Went to the docs he said it was just a throat infection, and that I cant get tonsilitis cos I've not got any, which is just bull excriment cos every time i've been to the docs before they have said it's tonsilitis and you can get it after having them out
So he told me all I can have is paracetamol and sympaty! cheers you plum!
Has anyone actually heard from feely, cos I;ve texted her and got no reply?????

hiya tinkerbell, sorry about your sleep
wish I had tips that work
Sami, it seems I'm too old to be your referral friend, but age is no barrier for friendship say II agree
Tink - it's quite simple really, Nanny isn't as exciting as Mummy so she CBA to wake at 3am to she her. Fear not once she realises that Nanny is free n easy with sweets and things Mummy won't give her she'll be up all night there and sleeping through for you :cool:0 -
Sami - Not sure if it's true but you've just made me feel a lot better (although I now need to clean the coffee of my screen)You laugh because I'm different - I laugh because you're all the same0

Yep hes talking bull, its the area that gets infected not just the actual tonsils themselves. Had mine out years ago and still get tonsilitis. Maybe try going back to another doc?
ETA: No- one heard from Caz for a bit, hoping she is OK0 -
