she got it in her leg as the nurse told her it wouldnt hurt as much there. Hopefully will be same as the first one, she had a little bit of a sore head, but no other affects at all, and Dylan just slept !!
Even if it is a bit sore, she sleeps on her back with her knees lifted up and feet flat on the bed and her arms over her head !! It is the funniest sight you have ever seen and the reason she is not allowed to sleep in my bed !!The two best things I have done with my life

Hi all
I have breifly skim read back, so here are some ((hugs)) for those with silly OH's and those suffering hormones:)
I won't comment because I don't want anyone thinking I have favouritism and that I am not replying to them;)
I have dropped Kai's nursery down to one day a week as of next week, so that will be cheaper. In a couple of weeks I will probably hand my notice in withthem, especially after what happened today!!
I picked him up (same time as usual 3.35/3.40ish) was told he had been sick, she said it wasn't loads but it wasn't nice and was sort of acidy like he may be getting a tummy bug. Ok, so I say "Awww poor liitle man"...she then goes on to say he hasn't had his 3pm bottle yet because he had his earlier one a bit late!!!! "What earlier one" I say " I only put one bottle in the bag!!" He doesn't have a lunch time bottle any more so I only give them one bottle which was still in the bag and still full....so what the hell have they given him?? She said she was only on a half day today and will phone the girl who was in the baby room in the morning (finished at 12pm) and try to find out if Kai did actually have a bottle...but she was sure she had been told Kai had been given his bottle at 12pm and had drunk it all...I remarked that whatever he had been given had probably made him sick then, not a tummy bug!!!!! I am a bit annoyed, he seems fine though and i'm sure whatever it was wasn't harmful, but it is just god damn stupid!!!
*and breathe*

Tia and sugar, I'm being a bit thick here but why does it need to be 23rd, since the food would stay fresh for at least a week anyway? Am wondering if I've been doing it wrong all these years
For us it's an issue of space - my parents' place only has room for enough food for a few days and with the influx of three extra people and all the Christmas extras it gets even tighter.
Edit: Mel, what a nightmare! I'd keep an eye on him and make some serious complaints. How can they confuse food for babies when their job is to get it right?!Organised Birthdays and Christmas: Spend So Far: £193.75; Saved from RRP £963.76

Meant to tell you all. Christopher was very upset after his jag and we have to wait in the waiting room for 5mins after, so he is sitting cuddled into me and I'm making 'awwww ahhhh there there' noises while he is sitting holding his arm making 'oooowwwwww owch awch' noises. I look down and tell him he is exaggerating, he says 'NOOO!!!! OWCH!!!!' so I point out that he got tha jag in his other arm.0

oh Mel, maybe they didn't give him anything at all hence the acidy sickness? I'd be angry too!0

Yeah he seems fine, which is why if they did give him something I am sure it was 'safe' but I am wondering if it was another babies bottle, or maybe a bottle full of cows milk, I just don't know, because he had his bottle in his bag, so surely if they had given him one they would have had to use that?? It's all very strange!!
Oh yeah and roll on messy dinner times, Kai is now feeding himself with the spoon, It took two spoons and I fiiled one gav him he ate it while I filled the empty spoon and we swapped.......it did get flicked up the wall and on the floor, but who cares he loved it:D..He has just had mash, broccolli, peas and gravy (same as we had yest but without the gammon) and he loved it, I didn't mash it up or blend it, nothing and he loved it...I think he just hates pureed lumpy food....We are having pie tonight so I will chop im some up in a bowl for tomorrows dinner with mash and veg:)
Progress or what...
Yay to Elle I am really pleased for your DLA decision and the physio report too:):)
