Weezl - Quick question do you know where I can get pickling onions fromI've tried the grocers in canton and they only sell them in 5kg sacks and I end up wasting so many, I'm only after about 1kg?

i absoloutely HATE my OH sometimes.
He boruht the tree home = yay
He got (only half) the decorations down fromthe loft = small yay
As soon as he brought them down he dumped them and announced he was taking his sister to tesco. GGRRRRRR.
I ALWAYS am left to put the christmas tree up on my own since we lived together, and i was brought up as it being a family time. im emotional. and crying.......am i being irrational!? part of me says yes, part of me says no. i dont know???
I always have a romantic notion of the tree going up like a scene from the movies with all the family happy and smiling.
In reality, DD (13) always acts like a brat, OH gets bored and snappy and I get !!!!!! off with the pair of them.
I put the tree up yeterday, just me, and the wee man helped from his bouncy chair.
When DD got in from school then when OH got in from work they were both delighted at how nice the tree looked.0 -

Third, what Weezl said - why is he taking his sister to Tesco? And it might be a good idea to suggest you make it a family time with mince pies and carols and such like - you could have the first mince pies of the year while doing it
