SM - OH had his first driving lesson with an instructor yesterday (He drives his mums car with her or his dad there though) and the guy said that the average lessoons people take is 40, but told him he wouldn't near that much.

OH's problem is he stalls at traffic lights whilst waiting, and for some reason keeps braking going round corners, lol.

I'm eating macaroon and feel so sexy.

Oh yes and a big huge clump of my hair fell out earlier when I was washing it, I'm really worried I'm going to go bald!

    40 lessons hmmmmm .....

    macaroons mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm ...

i have to constantly clear the plug when im washing my hair .. even now i could gentle stoke me hair and 20 strans come out at once x
    :)Still searching .....:)

If you have thick hair though, that's normal. My hair in the past few years has went from thick and lovely, to thin and frizzy.

I normally put mousse on my hair and scrunch it up after washing it but even now it's not sitting right anymore. grrr.

Guess I'll just start clipping my extensions in again

those that are saying their LO looks squished in the car seat; if you have the maxi cosi one there is a wedge of sponge in a pocket under the head hugger that you can take out, Edgar was so much comfier after MFD told me it comes out :D
The woman from the carseat advice place told me I could remove the head hugger bit after 12 weeks IIRC but I left it until he couldn't fit in with it anymore because it's softer for his head, I think I removed it around 18wks.

Also Chris has a bit of a flat head and a sticky out ear on the left hand side because he ALWAYS slept on that side with his ear folded over, I used to try and turn him but he would go straight back

No that's fine Susan, always good to be informed. I just mostly ignore government stuff, they change it every other week, I'd of been a neurotic mess if I'd listened to everything they ever said.

Is that for everywhere sami? I said to OH I wouldn't let Keira get it and he went off his head at me saying DO YOU WANT HER TO DIE?!! It's flu! Regular flu kills people too! I don't fancy Keira being a guinea pig for a very new vaccine.
    Doesn't say http://uk.news.yahoo.com/21/20091119/tuk-healthy-children-to-receive-flu-jab-6323e80.html
    I would think so though
I'm torn over it really, I'm not 100% that it's been tested enough and I just don't like jabs but I also don't want him to get ill

Well done SM, down hill is easy because if you stall you keep moving so the cars behind don't get as p'd off :D
I took me almost about 18mths of lessons before I passed so probably closer to 80 lessons  around £1500 on lessons plus the cost of theory and 3 practical tests Glad my parents paid for most of that :p
OH was test ready after 10 lessons  but I still get to tease him coz he had to do his theory about 4 times - reeeetard  :rotfl:
