Glam, your 1 week old thinks he is a big boy and can do a new trick, he loves it obviously!

Pookie, awww, I remember when DS1 was that size (well, his smallest was 5lb1oz), they grow so fast *sniff* and that is a smile not wind! How can they say it's wind when they smile in utero?

I had switch back to a pad, clots  TMI moment again... does anyone else find that the string annoys them? It itches me, but a wee bitty vaseline solves that problem. Ah vaseline so many uses, so many jokes...

I've joined Fishville for you Sami, but I'm not going to play much, I have too much Farming to do. Let me know if you need gifts.

Talking of farming, I've got some Pinks Roses and Red Tulips to share later, so if someone wants one, tell me when you are online and watching out, they go really quick.

Tigs- I am in the same position with Matthew. He looks like crap in his car seat- all crunched up and uncomfy. The buggy part of the pram- although it lies flat has straps that are still waaaay to big for him. Wish I had bought an old fashioned silver cross (although I don't even have the room for the pram I have. I have to fold it up and lift it into the kitchen after every use as I don't really have a hallway or a living room bigger than a postage stamp!!)

kian looked like that the day we came home from hospital. i think hes been in the car seat about 5 times since then.

aw dont back out! it will be fun :)

when me & my friends went shopping on tuesday all 3 of the babies were in car seats from 11am until at least 5pm, they only took them out to feed them even though we sat down for ages!I took my joey and Jack stayed on my lap the whole time we were in the food hall - they wondered why he was so alert all the time  dont get me wrong Jack goes in the car seat around ASDA but for long car journeys I always stop after 2.5hrs.

Its a bit dodgy round there - all them arcades and freaky adventure parks ;) and he might run into my bro phished as a fart roaming the streets :rotfl:

can someone tell me why my 11 week old baby is only happy if he's standing up with me supporting him?

Tia - thanks for tampon question i was wondering the same myself having just finished my 2nd period and HATING pads althou apparently I'm weird cos my 3 friends only wear pads!

Jillie - where did u suggest meeting on Tuesday? Is it the food court bit where Gok does his parade at the end of his show?

yeah, there is a stage there with a pool... there is also a creche/child minding room i guess that would be easy to meet just beside it. or actually loads of mummies with babies it wil take ages to find each other
what if we all meet outside nandos. not saying eat there but there is plenty of room for us to meet... iykwim

That is tempting Sami, except I'd end up with something I didn't want and be looking to trade it :rotfl:

Gorgeous picture Pookie, especially the second one.

I use a mooncup SS, when you get to test it out, persevere, and don't panic when you need to get it out!
