BM, you need some pink edible lustre!

Hey Weezl, sorry I missed you last night :) How are you feeling? How did the meeting go?

    morning lovely :)

feel a bit grim after my middle of the night insomnia. Bet buttons is bright eyed and bushy tailed :D:o

I think the meeting went well. I think my employer should've offered me a face to face meeting with my line manager sooner, cos a lot of misunderstandings wouldn't have happened. It's a shame I had to complain. Still, I've kinda negotiated something that works for me now :)

Bruno, what's the argument from HMRC? Do they think they've given you more than the norm for your personal allowance and now they're attempting to claw it back? Hope it all works out OK for you all :)

Krystal - I don't know if SB did this, but if you create an account with Vistaprint, then wait a couple of a days, they'll send you lots of emails with freebies in. If you click on the links in those emails, it should alter the price of the product for you to £0.00 and you'll just have to pay postage.

MFD - lots of unblocked nose vibes heading Benjamin's way!! If you haven't already got Snufflebabe, Boots do their own brand one (suitable for 3 months+) that's just under £2.

Any tips on how to deal with a grumpy snuffy baby?

Benjamins nose is running like a tap and he is finding it difficult to eat, feed or sleep. Is snufflebabe the best way forward?

I ended up putting a bowl of boiling water with mint in his room last night because I decided that any aromatic was better than none :o He did manage 6 hours between 12.30am and 6.30am so I think it might have done him some good...but he is one very unhappy chappy this morning.

Can I send this tooth back??? ;)

we have drippy green nose candles here MFD, last night we put the little baby bath with tepid water, inside the big bath with 2 inches of really hot water with olbas oil in so the room was all steamy and olbassy but he was in baby-friendly water. Then we popped dummy in so he'd have to try to inhale through his nose and maybe decongest.

Not sure if that helps? :)

  • Glad you've managed to work something out Weezl :)

    Thanks Choppy, I'll try that...

Mfd, I use baby vicks... Kind of smear it around the cot and things as well as on her neck...

    And she awakes...
A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...
Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.

Krystal, does this link work for you? (hopefully that won't take you into my account :D)

I've just checked my email and I've had an email from VP today offering a free bag (also a free calendar and 10 free Xmas cards)
  • Just having a look SB but it's telling me they're £5.49?

Oh no!! I must be special ;).

Looks as though you have received some help anyway :).

    xx
