She made me promise that I'd give her a bit of choc every day. I think I'll show it to her then eat it myself :D

Am going to bed now (expecting another bad night) but I've just been doing an Asda shop online (their website is rubbish compared to Tesco) and they have Asda pizzas at £1 each or 3 for £4

    Night all

this is what i'm not so sure about. she has had a rough few years since her mum and dad split up, resulting in her dad having custody. there are problems with her dad and his partner/ her children (although, this is what she tells mil, so i dont know if its exaggerated etc to make grandma let her stay longer at weekends)

i know that her dad will spoil her rotten as usual (she gets far too much imo already).
thought i would get her a nice necklace that would make her feel all grown up.
i like the star necklace that chops found and if DH likes it am going to get her that. they're not 'believers' like i am but to me, the star would be her mum always looking out for her.. obv wouldnt tell her that is what i think/bought it for

I bought bejewelled 2 yes, I've also got; tv guide, google, facebook, tweetdeck, icompare, glowstick, bubblewrap, ipity (mrT thing lol), action bowling, sheep launcher (funny game), biggest brain, farm frenzy, flixter, curious george colouring(for chris) tesco finder, gunu (jigsaw and colouring game) and etch a sketch lite.
If you go on the app sore on the ipod just have a peak at the "top 25" and "top free" most games have a lite version so you can try before you buy the main game ;)

Feely is now at her mum's and had some good ol' home made grub :)

SM - let me know what you think[LINK REMOVED]

off to bed now but will prob peakon the ipod later  xx

Hello, thought it was time I posted in here. Some of you might remember me from the preg club.
Ethan is 8 days old now, can't believe how quickly time is passing by, I don't want my baby to grow up!!!!
He's a little star, he's a natural at feeding (breast feeding) and is already starting to sleep in 4 hour stretches on a night. I'm totally in love with him, even though I am so tired!

Hiya Helen, congratulations - sounds like you have a little star there (sounds exactly like my Benjamin at that stage).

    Did we get a piccie???

  • I have received the first draft of the first section of my work video and it is fab :j:j one of my colleagues did a rap about how good it is working with us!! Very funny!

Benjamin thought it was ace seeing mummy on the lappy!! Then thought I was a mad thing for jumping aroung the living room dancing to the rap (2 or 3 times!!)

As for the Maclaren buggies. I think it is disgraceful - children in this country have been losing the tips of their fingers for years (they were reporting cases to the BBC today - at least 12 in the 30 mins I was listening) and Maclaren have done nothing to change the design. It is one thing to say that doors and car doors cause a greater loss of digits but buggies are specifically designed for babies and children to be put in. If it was a toy there would be uproar and it would be withdrawn immediately. I would certainly never consider a Maclaren after hearing the news today.

  • Hi Everyone

Just done my first shop on Approved foods - bulk bought tinned tomatoes (I use lots in my cooking)

DD was in bed early last night and tonight but had busy days at toddlers and childminder.

I've started reading Beatrix Potter to her whilst she has her bedtime bf it really seems to help settle her, plus I'm loving it as I never read them as a child.

    Congrats Weezl and Helen

Hugs to everyone who wants one.
