Morning all!
Still don't know what to do when idiot child wakes up at 5.30 - hasn't done it every morning recently, and yesterday he went back to sleep again before getting fully worked up, but today he was 100% awake and rather than leaving him screaming and bawling for an hour I surrendered and got up. Might be a bad habit, but leaving him being that loud is no good either, I can't sleep through it and I doubt our poor neighbours would be able to! So he now happily eats a waffle and some apricots and cheese.
Feely, I hesitate to give really strong opinions when they're based only on what we hear through the forum, and only you have a complete picture of OH and living with him and so on. But from everything you've said on the forum, go to your mum's now, he should be taking you but if not then call a cab firm and get them to sort you out. Go go go, get away from OH now and perhaps talk it all through with your mum. The things you outline of him here are not the behaviour of a loving partner and father, and what I do think of him I won't put into print. Good luck today and I hope you manage.
Caz, broke a tooth??It's just one thing after another! You poor thing. You should really try to go to the dentist, it could get infected and cause way worse problems if you don't get it seen to

Morning all!
Bruno's being extremely wise this morning so I will say "what he said" and add hugs for sick littlies.
Molly spit up in her sleep last night, fortunately while lying on her side because she slept through it and so did I
Poor little lamb is so bewildered looking everywhere for Papa. She'd only sleep with her arms wrapped around mine, I hope she's not afraid I'll leave too. Came in yesterday to find her screaming and refusing the bottle - she hates it but it's such hard come by EBM that I tried giving it to her and she kept letting the bottle go and lunging at my boobs. I hate that this is so hard for her.Organised Birthdays and Christmas: Spend So Far: £193.75; Saved from RRP £963.76

Morning.....Bruno its a pickle isn't it - I've decided that my LO is waking early because he gets cold so am double quilting him with a second quilt around his waist so that he doesn't get too hot. He moves around alot in his sleep and so often loses his covers but like your lo once he is awake as far as he is concerned it may be dark outside but it is morning and booby time.
We are starting to get used to being woken at 6am though and have shifted our expectations to "well at least its gone 6".
Am trying to decide whether to go to baby group today - have so much to do as we are getting a kitten at the end of dec (despite a uk shortage I think as there are many kitten wants on freecycle lately) so need to make sure we are ready, baby group is great but takes a huge chunk of the day and if LO then decides this is a day without sleep cleaning floors will be hard. Never had a kitten before so will be quite exciting.MSE PARENT CLUB MEMBER.ds1 nov 1997ds2 nov 2007:jFirst DDFirst DD born in june:beer:.0 -
