  • carla, does Christopher roll much ?? If not, I would just take the matress instead of the whole moses basket and set it on the floor beside your bed.

Glam, I get worried about you lot all the time when you havent come on here !!!

What's your pram like? Do you need to take the Moses if it lies down flat?

My poor babies got a sore throat, she's got one of those coughs that sound like they hurt... She's not a happy bunny :( don't really know what I can do to help her either... Any ideas anyone?
A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...
Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.

  • place a cup of water on the radiator to add moisture to the room, and give a warm drink, or a cold drink, whichever you think she would take

oh yeah, plus the pram, which is the main reason why everytihg else wont fit.
its a double buggy, and i dont like him in it as i dont think he "looks" comfortable, even though he sleeps sound in it. Also, it would be an absoloute nightmare to get up the small windy stairs in the cottage!
We thought it would be great as didnt have to bring a travel cot as there is now one there for Katie....and then we had Christopher! lol.
I text my friend and she syas she will have enough room to put the moses basket in, so no more worries!! :)
MM - i forgot it was jas bday toda, she have fun? I noticed she has some pains in her leg, dear love her.
Thats a couple babies (Jas is still your baby!!) that have been sick on their birthdays -- Maz' Henry was ill too. :( Hope it stays away from [STRIKE]me and [/STRIKE]Katie and I.....! ;)

Edit: Krystal, i would do everyhing that MM says. Although if it was during the day I would offer Katie icecream or an icelolly...nicen soothing to the throat and yummy aswell! :D
    Carla-Farla!! :)

3weeks today until Katie's birthday. Im not sure what to buy her, or what to do with her!? Its wick as we cant go to the Zoo or the Farm as the weather is awful, and usually they are closed. :( Cant rally afford a party for her, plus, she is only gonna be 2!!?

  • Place a bowl of water in her room anyway, it really does help. Dry air will make her throat worse :(

Night everyone (why is Elle not here!?)
.. Elle seems to be having a lot of naps at night recently, but then she was having mummy and Rhys time tonight was she not ?? So she may be stuck under a sleeping baby :)

Indeedy.. I was napping on the sofa :o Someone tell me where the last three hours disappeared to?! :( Prior to that, I was stuck under a sleeping Rhysy, then OH came home, I dozed off and I've just found OH stuck under a sleeping Rhysy!

No lie in for me in the morning.. HV due at 11am - checking I'm alive and all that - but she usually turns up early. Turned up 90 minutes early time before last cos she was "just passing".. I swear she's trying to catch me out and thinks she's going to find me in a heap somewhere

Once I've shared the good news with her about the DLA, I've got the appeal phone call to make in the afternoon. I wonder if keeping my cool is the right thing, or if screaming, ranting and raving down the phone will make them see that all this ain't normal?

Anyhow, cuppa and cake before bed, methinks :) Night night to everyone who's already gone xx
