Em they did a mixture of the old stuff and their new album. I must now dig out the albums and sing along, Daniel will be so pleased :p:rotfl:
I didn't enjoy the support act though, they were called Madcon  they did that "beggin, beggin youoooooo" song but at least they were only on for about 20ish mins. Have fun although I'm sure you will :D

Fitzio - I felt like a teenager again last night :D however I'm sure you'll rubbish my idea of music as I love Take That, Boyzone, Westlife and suchlike! Although I do love the kings of leon and snow patrol ( I walked down the aisle to a instumental version of chasing cars)

Look at the time and I've jus got up, child free day for me so am wondering how best to spend it?

He he, yesterday I introduced Holly to Take That and she loved them! I was trying to clear stuff from our HDD Recorder and found Take That Come To Town recorded last Christmas Eve!! We watched it and she loved it ha ha. Or maybe it was just the sight of me singing and dancing along.

Thanks 3. I will definitely check out the Asda one. M&Ps have a couple in their sale too but since they are normally dear, I just wondered if elsewhere would have better value but didn't know what to look for. They are all surprisingly heavy, but I guess they need to be so they don't topple over. It just surprised me as the word "travel" made me think they would be light and easy to carry.

Morning Glam - Glad you got a good sleep. Holly's hands are freezing in her sleeping bag too. I just have her in a long sleeved bodysuit underneath and miss the turn over scratch mitts that the sleepsuits have.

I bought some from sainsburys the other day, they have the fold over mitt on the sleeves.

Oh sorry em got the wrong end of the stick - you fold the flap over their hands to cover them up!

Emlou - the ones from Sainsburys, Mothercare, Next and M&S usually have scratch mitts. I looks like the cuff has been doubled back, but only on one half, so you just fold it forward over the hand to make a mitt. I have M&S value range ones that don't have them though so maybe yours don't.

Ooh I love my DH, he made me breakfast in bed :D however I was downstairs when I ate it :rotfl:

How hard is it to get hold of your manager? She wants to talk about my flexible working request, I'm scared they're gonna poo poo my idea. Hmm will wait and see what she says? Hopefully these redundancies there are talks of will come to fruition

Em - Did you text that woman about kitty number 2?

OH has been doing really well in the mornings and keeping doors closed, I don't fully trust the kitten yet to have free reign of bedrooms/bathroom (he destroys my wicker basket) well OH managed to lock him in the kitchen yesterday, and again today!! Not his fault though because he's sly and runs behind the fridge, so woke up to him crying and he is BLACK! My fridge/freezer is in a cupboard in the kitchen, no flooring or anything, so it's pretty manky behind there, well he's obviously been sleeping on it. Cue me shoving him in the bath lol.

Woke up this morning with Keira playing with my boobs? Asking me what my areola was and then told me it looks like eyeballs. Great thanks!

My tumble dryer is out of action at the moment too. It's amazing how much you get used to something and miss it when you can't use it. We only got it fixed last week, but this week I jammed the filter in ours and had to yank it out and it tore so DH has glued it back together so I need to wait for it to dry properly before I can use it.

Can anyone recommend a good travel cot? Or do you know if there is much difference between various models? They all look the same to me except the Graco one with the mobile etc which we don't need. MIL wants to buy one for her house so we can go and stay over so has said we should get one and she will give us the money. I don't know what I am looking for though. Any suggestions welcome. :D x

what did they do what did they do what did they do??

    i'm going tues :D

fitz i think asda do one for either £25 or £29, for the amount its going to get used its really not worth spending any more. i'd just advise a muted colours one, cos we have a brightly coloured one and seth hates it but will quite happily sleep in the beigey one at the CM's, possibly cos its a similar colour to the cot?

I have the all singing all dancing Graco contour electra :D MIL bought it for us and she's loaded hence getting that one (Although I remember it was on sale at one point on kiddicare coz Mel bought it after I told her)
I have used the adsa one when on holiday.
The graco is fabulous IMO! the bassinet level is great when they're little and the light and vibrate thing are handy extras, the mobile is a bit pointless but Chris n Ed like/d to chew on the animals, I've never used the changer bit coz I was worried any nappy free wees might get the bed bit wet. The music is great too and can be on timer. It has a bag to store it in and has wheels to move it around too.
The asda one was fine for holiday use but seamed cheap and flimsy compared to my fancy one but was much lighter so would poss be better if you've taking diff places often, the mattress was a bit hard for me too I was worried Ed wouldn't like it but he slept ok in it .

I say if MIL is happy to pay more and she'll be staying often (we used ours past 2yo for Chris and he stays over at least twice a month since 12mths and once a month from 4mth) get a more expensiove one (not nessasarily the most expensive though :)
The very best is sometimes what nature gives us for free.
