dmv "BB they had apple in...therefore they are healthy. If you had one it would have been good but if you had 5 you would be super healthy having got your 5 portions of fruit in..." I like you're way of thinking...:p

MAZZA can you suck on jelly sweets?! Would they not just stay the same? See i suck on squares of chocolate (and see how long i can make it last...) because that melts but i didnt think jelly sweets would change?

Talking of halloween stuff. I have quite a lot of mini bars of choc left so will pick out the milkways as they are 70cals each (diddy sainsburys selection bag) and the other 1 that i really like but the ones that i just "like" will get given to friends kids otherwise I will eventually give in and eat them. I still have treats regularly but it has to be something i really like otherwise its just not worth it.

Thanks for saying I can go on the chart again FRED!

Off topic and self indulgent but im very excited to say...I handed in my last essay from last year so am all caught up finally! Need to start another next week but as im in a work placement tomorrow and away for the weekend i have decided to have a catch up week on general stuff that needs doing...but no uni work!

Keep up the good work guys!

Why ty dears, don't worry, i wasn't taking the old part to heart :rotfl: Psst the tight one is designed to hold u in, so i cheated a bit ;)

Dmv they take longer to melt than chocolate!

My DS opened a bag of crisps today and then went ewwwww I've opened bacon by mistake, so I must confess, I couldn't see a bag of bacon crisps go in bin, they are my all time faves. Just won't have my slice of toast this evening

Breakfast: Toast n Jam, Bowl of Jordan's cereal (have no idea of the name of it)
Lunch: Wholemeal Roll, with roast beef and cucumber
Snack: Unplanned bag of bacon crisps, about 6 jelly sweets :D
Dinner: Roast Turkey leg, Roast potatoes and some mixed veg (ewwww)
Supper: One slice of toast with jam

Quite proud of myself that i boycotted lurpak on the toast and roll :T

i think i know what suggs meant - there was a time when it all got a bit 'and then i did this and then i did that.. . . ' the thread got a lot less interactive, we were all just posting about what we were doing personally, rather than talking to each other. It's not that way now though, we all seemto have a good balance of talking about each others achievements and talking points and stuff.

where can i get a pink neon martini please? they sound lush!

    What she said! :D

2 slices of bread and a roll is a lot :o

I'm one of these weirdos who doesn't like salads or vegetables at all, don't like pasta or rice either. Force myself to try and eat it perhaps once a week but i really don't like it. Wish I did but i don't, and although I try to force to eat them I end up gagging at them. So I really can't think of anything else to replace the bread with
