well firstly im thinking of ways to attract civil partnerships to gift lists, then im thinking do the perks of taking out a gift list with a certain company sway you to choose that particular company. I've done a little swot analysis but im not sure if thats going to heavy.. i havent done it heavy but i wanna show i kinda know what im on about when i dunno what im on about really.

so fire away beanie, answer my questions as a role playing newly engaged lady who is seeking out a list!

Whos engaged on here? i want to ask some gift list questions to help me with my business plan..please!
    Me! How can I help?

Too scared of scales to weigh in. I feel HUGE. I'm really stressed at the moment, find out my MRI results in the morning so will know what they need to do to fix my knee, we're buying our first house which is a nightmare, alongside organising the wedding, our house deposit may or may not be incoming from my H2Bs dad despite us starting this whole thing off because he offered us one, starting to dread going back to work and being so out of the loop and behind and at the same time missing it, and despite paying off around £1000 in debt repayments a month it just doesn't seem to be going down as something always needs paying for such as both cars deciding to die in the same week, or the house survey costing £1200 when we had budgetted £700.

Starting Harcombe next week (if the books ever arrive), hopefully will feel less balloon like then.
    Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81
    Debt September 20th 2022 £2991.68- 96.92% paid off
    Met NIM 23/06/2008

Vix, sounds like your idea of heaven - as far as enouraging people to use the gift list service, does your store stok wedding dresses and bridesmaids dresses? How about some sort of link up with that funtion? Good luck with the moving in with matt's parents - you'll be like Gavin and Stacey!!

    Hi everyone!

Congrats on the good results, well done KPC for SOTW! :T

Eric, I'm a bit of a data fiend myself so I like your work ;)! The trouble I have when I create too much of a calorie deficit, is that my body is quick to adapt and my metabolic rate suffers, so effectively my 'maintenance' level drops significantly which reduces the deficit. Result = lower weight loss than I'd expect for the effort that's gone in. I'm now very careful about not reducing it too much: 15% under 'theoretical maintenance' is as low as I'll go (20% max if I had more to lose).

The mistake I used to make was starting with the BMR calculation (the age/weight/height one) as the 'absolute' number, when it isn't absolute, it's variable by quite a lot. Now I take my body fat % result (actual) as the starting number and use that along with calorie intake (actual) to calibrate my exercise calories, estimate BMR etc and go from there. If that makes sense?! :rotfl:

Sorry to all the non-data minded people... As you were... :p
