    Thanks Beanie!

Eric: exciting stuff! Would you post before and after pics when you reach your target?

BB: I have to do a business plan as she called it, on how i would improve the wedding gift service and get more people to take up the gift list. Thats it in a nutshell!

Oh did i tell everyone that matt and i are not going to be renting soon because we have been offered a room in matts parents house and we have accepted it! Im really excited about it because i wont have to clean half as much, the responsibility of keeping a flat clean and tidy is such a pain up the !!!! so i'll be glad thats gone! The only thing im not looking forward to is that balance between being a couple but still wanting to have some on our own time.

Vix, I though you didn't like Matt's family very much as they haven't always treated him so well? Or is that past history?

    Start weight: 20 stone 4.75lbs
    Current weight: 19 stone 8.25lb :)

Welcome!! :hello: Good luck on your journey - though it looks like you're off to a cracking start!!

Well I have a heavy weekend in front of me; its DS's birthday on Monday so we're off to the pictures tomorrow night with 5 or 6 of his close personal friends, followed by Pizza Hut. Then out for lunch with the family on Saturday, followed by another meal out of Sunday (just me & DS). Must stay strong and make sensible choices.....must stay strong.....must stay strong............

    Hi guys,

I'd like to join if you don't mind?

Got a whole load of weight to shift, my main reason for getting into action is my Blood pressure has been high and for a 33 year old that's not great!

So I've been on BP tablets for the past 4 weeks and it has now normalised but the doc. wants to me to stay on them for 6 months before she's comfortable with me coming off.

So with that in mind, I'm determined to show her that I can do it, also to myself and my family members. Another factor is my cousin has started on her weight loss journey and this has also given me a boost (well a competitive boost) to sort myself out too.

I have lost about 3lbs in the past 2-3 weeks and would like to lose a minimum 2lbs a month but hopefully 1lb a week because I'd like to go on holiday to Jamaica in Sept and feel comfortable flying, being in the heat and also feeling comfortable in my clothes :j

Having you guys to check in with I hope will keep me on the straight and narrow path!

I'm not sure if I'll check in every week but definitely fortnightly.

    Current weight: 19st 7lbs

    First milestone: 18st 7lbs

    Thanks guys

    Tess
