i made it smaller, i forget not everyone has a 24" monitor :p

here ya go, the bottom chart shows cals eaten (red) against maintenance cals (blue), note if you exercise it works out the cals used and adds them to the blue total hence not all the blues are the same length

It also gives me a breakdown of food by type, daily avg for past 30 days here, note protein is an appetite suppressant and I am hoping to put a lot of muscle (back) on hence the protein figure is high and will get higher with time.

oh and i said I am anal about recording stuff :p I love this program, really helps in staying focused.

Eric, it all looks fascinating, but how long will you be able to healthily lose weight eating so few calories? I am more than willing to learn, but was under the impression that undereating by that amount was not good for you? No offence intended, please don't take it as a criticism more as a concern!:o

By the way by new scales have arrived and I will try and set them up today. Plus I have started the protein powder supplement - I have it for breakfast with 300ml skim milk and a handful of frozen blueberries all blended into a breakfast shake - I count it as 5 syns and 1 HEA on my slimming world diary. My actifry is also getting a regular workout!

Im keeping a tight eye on things at the moment, I don't feel tired, drained or hungry. 1500 cals is my daily target which when eating the right stuff is alot of food, my dinner plate is still pretty big :) Just no crap. And remember the gap is SO BIG because I am too so my maintenance level is enormous ... :( If i feel bad Ill up the cals till I am balanced out.

The other thing to remember is that as I loose weight the gap will reduce drastically, Its already dropped by nearly 500 cals a day since I started. Thats why at this level 4lb+ a week should be easily achievable, as I get closer to "normal" overweight sizes then the weight loss will automatically go into the the 2lb a week range.

I hope the shakes work for you :j

I love my actifry its just amazing

oh and i have 19" biceps with less than an inch of fat on them according to my skin fold callipers, just a shame about every where else :rotfl:I need meter wide ones for my stomach

    Hola

Just a quickie to report in for the week. I've been trying to get online all day, and we're just about to go to the airport to pick up friends and I've finally made it!

I've lost 1.5 lbs this week, but Superman is STS.

Hope to catch you tomorrow, internet permitting. :o

Just a quick one while my bath's running 3lb gain for me this week. Not 100% sure why, but with 8 sessions of exercise (at least may try a run or at least some walking over the weekend too) I expect to reverse this situation next week. Must remeber to update my signature.

happy birthday Heather Berry! Hope you have a lovely evening.

eric - appreciate your slight frustration but we are moving towards the time when you start getting a bit disheartened (by your own admission when you joinded us) so it is really important to keep focussed and keep posting. Every lb still counts and next week might be a big loss.

hezza -everything crossed for you this time round.

Well done Lois, rosie, perfect 10, hezza & kpc:T:T

Granny - I presume I was incorrect re the toilet dolly as you would have had the forethought to lock your 'toilet dollies of the world' collection in your safe so I never would have got my hands on them in the first place.
    Cunning indeed.

Sary -my professionalism prevents me from sharing further details. But the burns are healing well thanks.

It is very hard in my experience to be frugal and lose weight.

    -1lb for me please fred:D

mazza - hope DS gets better soon.
I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days attack me at once

Actifry is supposed to be good, my sister has one and swears by it. But after seeing the report on telly about them going on fire, I'm reluctant to get one. Think it was watchdog I seen it on.
    4 Stones and 0 pounds or 25.4kg lighter :j
  • I thought of an actifry then I heard about the fires so OH said no.

Mirry yes I am very thrilled I am feeling the difference when I exercise now, and I can run up the stairs without needed 15 mins to recover :rotfl:

Have you tried that Ice cream yet? I can't wait to try it ;)
