Disappointing week, fell just short of my "target" weekly amount. Surprising as I spent 15 hours working yesterday like crazy lugging stuff about, building display cabinets etc to sort out the office.
Feels like I have pulled something in my right pec as well so will have to make do with treadmill only for a few days ....
Onwards and upwards (or downwards) :j

AllIWant - looks to me like you've made some very sensible choices for your meal out, tho' I would suggest that you stick to salad with your steak and avoid the chips and onion rings!!£2 Savers Club 2016 #21 £14/£250

Victory - you do actually work in a shop run by adults and not 3 year olds don't you? I agree with everyone - keep on that fence - I'll send some superglue if you want?
Mind you I can't talk - a colleague threw her toys out of the pram this morning because she thought that we'd all had a meeting to discuss something we'd been asked to do and not included her - she even complained to the boss and was stomping round all day despite being told otherwise.
It was quite funny though0 -
oh Victory- what an awful situation you have been put into. considering the behaviour of your 'superiors' i really think you should just look out for number 1. there is no way you can be expected to save anyones bacon if they arent going to do the same for you!!
absolutly shattering day. have been running an assessement center allday. oragnising 10 people every hour to go to certain places at VERY exact time, with NO room for error. never had more than 2 mins without 'dealing' with someone. didnt even have a chance to pop to the loo for 7 hours!!! (ontop of a full morning of work aswell!) all with a constant professional sickly smile and being extra extra helpful....:D have to do allll the same on wed
oh well....
so food:
green:
B- toast (HEB) banana
L- 4x ryvita (HEB) triangle cheese (1/2HEA)
D-pasta quiche and jacket pot, triangle cheese (1/2HEA)
snacks/extras: maryland choc chip cookie (3.5 syns) - i know i know, but it was literally the only thing i could find to shove in my mouth this afternoon!! ice cream (nobbly bobbly) 11 syns:eek: (thought they were less!) butter (4syns)
total syns: 18.5 syns - Not great, 3.5 over, but i havent used my allowence over last few days so will take them form there. will just have to be more prepared for a busy day on wed!
xxshift the bulge! - 54lb lost so far :j .....alot more to go......:eek:0 -
Hey everyone...I hope you are all well..
I am reporting a 1/4 lb loss, not much but as Tesco says every little helps.
I am going to do the Harcombe diet, as I am a bit fed up of not losing weight, so I will start the detox today, I can't get the book till pay day so I will just have to improvise till then. Hopefully this should work!
I have invested money (gym), time (preparing meals) and energy (constant thinking about being healthier) into losing weight for the last 2 months and all I have lost less than 3lb in that time! Shame on me..so it has got to change today!
Have a great day all0 -
Hola
I've actually had time to read all the posts and it sounds like everyone is doing well - I'm intrigued by the Harcombe diet, I must find out more about it.
Marion - great to see you, how're you doing?
KPC - great news about the dog, I hope it works out well. I think once you've owned a dog there will always be a gap in your life that's waiting to be filled. I'd love one but it just wouldn't fit in to our life at the moment so I'll have to keep borrowing other people's!
Mazza - good luck with quitting the ciggies, it's not easy, but SO worth it both for your health and your wealth. OH and I gave up 24 years ago and it was the best thing we ever did. Make as much use of outside support as you can to get you through the hard times, and it really helps to have a buddy you can call on when you're struggling.
Victory - as the incident took place in full view of staff and customers, you may be asked to provide an eye witness account, but you shouldn't be expected to take sides! Your superiors are not very professional.
Back tomorrow with this week's result.

Hi everyone , weighed myself and sts
so not very happy about that.
It seems that on phase 2 I am not loosing weight,
I have read the book and she says this can indicate a wheat intolerance which makes me hold onto water.
So I have to make sure I have no wheat and apparently within 4 weeks my weight sould shift.
but I have been a good girl :A.Kindness costs nothing0
