Hello Well done to all the STS and losers this week, I have -3lbs!!! I am feeling very excited, I've got into my motivation mode! Is it just me or does anyone else think about food 24/7 when trying to lose weight?? Tonight i did the vicky binns workout (getting bored of it) and las night i did the claire richards 5 step fat attack but i can't seem to get the combat moves right, i wish that they would have explained then slower first. I also have the jordan workout (LOADS of squats) and the vicky entwistel workout (same trainer but this time you work on your arms at the same time so it doesn't seem such hard work) and theres a few others but those are the best that i have, my plan is to alternate them.0

Well done to everyone for some great losses this week!! :j
I forgot to weigh myself this morning to will log an STS for me
Had a chocolate attack yesterday; had spent the day at home cold, tired & miserable then found some abandoned Twix's in the cupboard and scoffed the lot. Then I had a craving for cream of tomato soup so I went out and bought the ingredients & made it all from scratch - the family all loved it and just the act of making it cheered me up no end!! It's ok on my diet since it's not processed (i.e. no added salt or sugar) plus I didn't have any carbs all evening.
Plan is to go for a nice long swim tonight while DD is off training so will hopefully make up for the Twix's later.£2 Savers Club 2016 #21 £14/£250

Pfffft. going the wrong way again. 0.6lb gain this week
I did have a 70th party this weekend though. And i've been feeling ill which has led to cravings of 'comfort' food.
Must do better next week.0 -
