Thanks Sary, it's a little frustrating but what can you do when you're in Nepal? I just want to be able to buy a wedding dress I like myself in...Ooh WS, congrats, what's it like?

Everything crossed for you Sary x

Hope everything goes ok for you today Sary.

Well done everyone this week *big pat on the back to you all*
  • Today STS as last week i.e. 77.0 kg

But....yesterday was down to 76.6 kg

The line on my daily chart does go zig-zag, not a straight line, but so long as the trend is always downwards I'm happy with it.

A friend of mine went to 'Slimming World' last evening whereas I went to a local political meeting. Which of us will achieve most success in the long-term? As we're a small but growing party, I thought that one evening a month is the very least I can do for my country. But she thought 'Slimming World' was more important.

Well done everyone on your weight losses and STSs. My weigh in isn't until tomorrow afternoon and I am being really good and not having a sneak preview on my home scales.

My brother rang last night with loads of problems to off load and I then drank 3 small glasses of white wine so that won't have helped.

    Hey all,

I forgot to weigh this morning, so will report a STS instead.

Bad news I'm afraid for OH, he lost his job. Now to sort out what to do!

I'm sure it'll all be OK in the end. We have each other, healthy boys, and we're reasonably healthy (apart from my blimmin cystitis killing me, and having painful skin on my hand/arm! what's that all about??).

There's bound to be lots of belt tightening, so perhaps smaller portions to save £ will help the weightloss?

Well done on the losses chaps, you're doing well.
