    Well done Bindiboo!!

I have manage to use my Wii for 5 minutes again today. Every little helps doesn't it?

When I went on yesterday it was the fourth time in 409 days!!

I have had a huge bowl of porridge for breakfast and will have some healthy veg soup for lunch.

Have been trying to clean the oven for more exercise but DH had to take over as I am rubbish at it :)

    Hi all

Reporting in for myself and Superman -we've both lost 1lb this week. We were hoping for more, but it's a start.

Haven't had a chance to read all the posts, but had a quick skim through. It's nice to see some old faces (as in familiar of course!), hi Delly and Bindiboo, and well done for the great first week's weight loss Bindi - whatever you're doing is obviously working. :D

I'll look in again on Thursday to see the chart. Have a good week everyone.

  • Can I join in the genernal wailing and whimpering re " can't seem to get a grip on my eating". I just seem to want to eat all the time and have no energy to address it. But I know my weight is creeping up and I have to do something.
I need to get out my SW books and start logging everything I eat again I think. I'm another TOTM gal at the mo, so may give myself until Thursday to restart proper. If I could just lose 4lbs I'd be happy but that seems so difficult.
Victory - do you have handouts or something from which to learn this stuff by Saturday.
Sary really sorry to hera your news, not ggod at all. My OH has been on a series of temp contracts, next one runs out in Feb but we don't have 4kids to keep clothed and fed an a roof over their head so the strain is less for us but still not good - particualrly for his confidence.
Rosie - fab news to be under 15st:T:T You will never be that weight again:D.
Bindi (also known as SOTW:D) thatis a good start to healthy eating - good luck with the extended family do - so often these clebrationsrevolve round food don't they.
Lois - a great start for you and superman:T
dmv - very frustrating re the ebay - a proper apology would have helped I'm sure. And that is not good re the course work dates: very unreasonable.
I've been away for a few dasy at my parents which has been nice.

Off to put on another layer of sock as it is cold and amp, but deptermined not to put the heating on til it starts getting dark.
I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days attack me at once

thanks, it certainly is a good start, I think I will aim to lose 1lb for next week giving what I have coming this weekend. Got salmon n salad for tea today! Yum!

As I work evenings I must remeber to eat before I go as I could eat the cat by the time I get home after 10pm, lol.. Sometimes I get too busy doing the kids tea that I am rushing to get ready for work to eat. Not eating late in the evening is helping as I will just have a yogurt n coffee now, when I get home.
