cool wanna be [STRIKE]diet[/STRIKE] healthy eating new start, BUDDIES? I will be weighin in on Tuesday morning so wish me luck... I am in good spirits today and am not feeling hungry which in my cambridge days would mean that I have gone in to a ketosis state...... I wonder if that is what has happen or its just my stomache getting used to the change. Still got some testing sticks so might check tomrw morning just for curosity sakes. How r u doing? Ahhhh the sun is even shining down here (even though its cold brrrrrrr)

Hi Bindi, I would love to be healthy eating buddy with you. I ordered some booklets from British Heart Foundation but they haven't really told me anything I don't already know. Yesterday was DS2s 21st b'day so I tried really hard to be sensible in my eating but did eat a small slice of yummy vienetta. I have set up my wii again and tried to do a bit of exercise this morning.

I still have sticks too.Might try them sometime, like you, just for curiosity! Only had a boiled egg and a cuppa so far today. I have made loads of healthy sups and put them in the freezer. It seems like a soup day today. It is glorious bright sunshine and frosty.

    Yay!! rosie, well done!!

sary, I really hope things go well for DH. It is such a stressful time.

Mine hasn't worked in months, somehow we are keeping our heads above water. My 80yr old aunt rang this morning to say she is sending us some money for Christmas:) I feel bad about taking it but I know she wants to help.

sary, lots of us seem to be starting afresh on here and making a new start this week.

Can I join your starting afresh club please? I think it is the change in the weather - I just seem to want to eat hot comfort food - salad is just not going to do it for me.

sary hope everything goes ok for you and your OH this week.

poohbear - I know what you mean OH was out of work for ages and his family would sneak money into our bank account every so often, to be honest I don't know how we would have survived without them, as much as we didn't really want to take it. Glad your aunt is helping you out. If it stops you feeling bad I told myself I would do the same if it was my son.

Well done to everyone who has lost so far this week. :j

    Hi everyone,

I was wondering if I could join in the chart and challenges again. I was known as Dellybelly in a former life but decided to change my name online as well as in real life.

For those of you who remember me, the divorce should be through before christmas, I've moved house and am moving on well, I'm acutally seeing a lovely guy who is very supportive of my efforts to lose weight. So the end of a very bleak year and the beginning of a very positive new one and I hope to get this excess weight I put on and kept on all through my relationship with my ex off in a slow and sensible manner. I'm still going to count points like WW but am also going to Curves 3 times a week (the best I can manage as a working single parent).

Anyway, My weigh in's will be on mondays, so hopefully first good result this day next week..

PepPop, Thanks for that I hadn't thought that I would do the same to help someone. I had forgotten but we used to send money to my sister years ago when we had good jobs and she and her husband were struggling.

Hi DEEBEE Glad things are going well.
