Victory, Sorry to hear about your BIL. Your attitude is just right though. This past year has taught me some hard lessons and the biggest one is to enjoy every day as they come, as you say life is for the now.. I hope things will work out ok for your family. x

So far so good on day one anyway. I'm just about to go and clean and floss my teeth to stop myself from eating anything else tonight. Is anyone else waiting to watch the execution of gary glitter? I'm torn between that and flash forward.

    Hello DB and welcome back.

Sary - hope today has gone well and you've maybe had some better news.

Victory -- yes some days are rubbish and some lovely people get far more than their far share of troubles. Sorry to hear the news, and I think your attitude is the one to have. But I have to admit I have no idea what a pink concert is. :o

    Hi all,

Victory and Sary - sorry to hear both of your news.

Have gone from very stressed, to in a good mood and to now annoyed today! Stressed because despite constantly asking when some work was due in at uni (whole class asking every lecture) and being told dont know exact date but end of november, then getting a date which left less than 3 weeks to do it, to now having it brought forward and having just over a week! Doesnt help that I have made plans to be away the whole weekend and have work other days so only really have a few days to do it...its ridiculous!

That just adds to the stress that because of some huge bills my spreadsheet does not add up for december or january in a big way so to go some way to helping I have listed 2 things on ebay. I then cheered up because I sold one of them for about £75 after postage and got another up to £120 with a week to go...only to be emailed by buyer with a sob story about teenage daughter using his account to buy it and as she had no money she would not be able to buy it from me! Now there may well be truth to it and i have sent out a second chance offer to someone (for less money!) so if they buy it then all well and good but the wording annoyed me. Only a meagre hint of apology and "she will not be able to buy it from you" well firstly its your account so its you thats responsible and secondly you have already bought it!!!

Arghhhhhhhhhhh! Food hasnt been good. Fish and chips (once again treated to it buy a friend) and then I made us spag bol for dinner. Sorry all.

What shall we do to change this? I'm thinking of superglue ..... I'm really hungry at the moment and eating reasonable things but too many of them. What's going wrong for you?

Snap! It's usually when I've had a good week or, as now, when I feel I'm getting to where I want to be. Almost as if I can't cope with the idea of not being fat. Gah is the exactly correct description.
