Granny that doesn't sound pleasant at all.
STS for me please Fred. Unfortunatley my daily circuit sessions haven't happened yet due to work getting in the way (and I'm still aching from Monday's session) but I will be going tomorrow and more than likely Friday so hopefully, finally a loss next week.0 -

Congrats to our SoTW Mirry.
Well done to all our losers and STSers, and commiserations to all gainers - onwards on to a new week.
Fellpony - I've assumed that your 1lb is a loss? If not let me know and I'll correct it for next week.
If I've entered anyone else incorrectly please let me know.
