Great that you're staying positive and determined, dmv

Good luck with the not smoking Mazza! Fighting on all fronts - you brave woman!

I'll have a STS today please Fred. I suspect it wasn't but .. I was out early this morning to pop in to hospital for a bone biopsy - I'm hoping they took quite a lot so it might show up on the scales. It certainly hurts now:(

Granny that doesn't sound pleasant at all.

STS for me please Fred. Unfortunatley my daily circuit sessions haven't happened yet due to work getting in the way (and I'm still aching from Monday's session) but I will be going tomorrow and more than likely Friday so hopefully, finally a loss next week.

BB - it's the little things that count :)

I hope everyone is feeling better ((Hugs))

    Here's this weeks chart:

    Congrats to our SoTW Mirry.

Well done to all our losers and STSers, and commiserations to all gainers - onwards on to a new week.

Fellpony - I've assumed that your 1lb is a loss? If not let me know and I'll correct it for next week.

If I've entered anyone else incorrectly please let me know.
