perfect10:j:j:j:jscales change all the time, every day you weigh you can end up at different times of the day, weighing slightly more or less, best to do it in the morning, unclothed, same spot, same scales, after a wee:D

    yep totally

always once a week, the same scales, the same place, the same day, the same time, the same clothing, nakid ideally and after your ablutions :p

using scales on carpet can make them inaccurate, non digi scales can be very inaccurate anyway.

I have a monster set of scales that you can have calibrated to the region of the world you are in to take into account differences in the earth's gravity :D i had to, was the only ones that go up to OMFG HOW MUCH!!

Oh and I weighed the fluid in a mug of tea, that first cuppa can add 0.6 of a lb to you!

A STS for me this week which is an absolute miracle as I have been on a complete carb and chocolate binge all week.
Added my weight watchers points up for the week and was 21 over!!!!!!!!!!!!

Not sure why the really intense cravings for carbs and sugar this week but luckilly not too much damage done.

:T Well done all the losers and fellow STS.
Keep positive all the gainers, tomorrow is the beginning of "your" week I can feel it in my carb coated bones!!!!!!!

Bit chuffed with my self today, I have a built in pedometer in my mobile, I said in my last post I was going to try getting out more and today I have crashed through 10,000 steps!! So pleased, my previous highest total was 6500. Am feeling more positive about the world afterwards too!!

GRANNY AND BB - slightly better news, have found out today i can apply to another 2 pgce courses to start this september.

Well for keeping looking:T. Yes, they may be tough to get into, but you have experience, enthusaism and committment to the profession and hopefully someone may pick that up in you this time round. Definitely worth a shot. I can well understand you feeling, like vix you may have been better off not going to uni. I hope you get a chance to quickly learn it was worth it after all.

Fell pony -welldone - it is little breakthrough's like that that make you realise you ca do this with small changes to life style.

    Good stuff perfect ten:j.
I'm having a lovely jubble week's leave -lots of small happinesses.

rosie/hezza - I came out of a gig last year and sat down to have a drink at the venue and sudenly realised I was sitting next to RDH. Very hard to concentrate on my mate's conversation then and not earwig.
I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days attack me at once
